The menu featured a greater variety than I expected; in addition to nine different bowls of ramen, there was a whole page of mazemen (like ramen but without the broth), several kinds of fried rice, and other selections. I got an appetizer of pork belly bao, which turned out to be two little sandwiches generously stuffed with cabbage, sliced cucumber, mayonnaise and something like hoisin and (of course) pork belly--so good! My partner got pork gyoza and gave me one--super tasty and done exactly as requested. For entrees, he got the Tonkatsu Ramen (#3 on the menu. I tried a bite and loved the flavor; he finished every drop. I had shrimp fried rice, which turned out to be a humongous portion including more and larger shrimp than I expected. I also want to mention that our waiter brought me a fresh glass of soda before I finished the one I was drinking--much appreciated! I never had to sit thirstily waiting for a refill.
