Street tacos are delicious. The tortillas are great - the sign says made locally with no seed oils. I had and would recommend the al carbon and chorizo. No shade to sit under but picnic tables are available so you can eatwithout sitting in your car. read more

This was a good lunch. You can find their hours on Facebook. They are set up on Highway 80 on the south side past the Catholic Church but before Sherwin Williams store. We each got several tacos. They are not large tacos...maybe medium sized. Double tortillas. Carnitas Tacos were our favorite= very good. I liked the Chorizo taco but one of us said it was okay. The Barbacoa was fine, good texture just a little bland. I got some rice and beans and the rice was moist and reminded me of the rice from the old El Charrito TV Dinners I ate long ago.......which is a compliment! The beans were fine. The green and red sauces were good.....the red had a little BBQ flavor to it and the green a little sweet flavor to it but we liked both. The service was friendly. We would go back. read more

When reading reviews about Mexican restaurants here in Colorado, it's always nice to see someone who knows what good Mexican food is write a good review on them, and this Mexican food truck is definitely worth a try. This food was delicious, from the veggie burrito, to the tacos de carnitas and carne asada, to the FLAVORFUL salsas! 10/10. Si si si! As a Mexican food junkie I am always looking out for good opportunities for Mexican food. I have wanted to try this taco truck since Mike C posted a review on it. They are at the Cordera Community Center farmers market on Sundays (which I have discovered runs June through early September) and today was the day! The word is out about this taco truck! I got here at 11 o'clock on Sunday and there were already easily 10-15 people waiting for their food. A limited menu makes it easier for fairly fast service, though. We tried three flavors of meat on our tacos, Asada, Pastor, and Barbacoa. These are little street tacos (about five bites and they're gone, for anyone who don't know what a street taco is) for two dollars apiece. There is, maybe, an ounce of meat on each taco, two street size tortillas, and a touch of cilantro and onion. They also offer two salsas, red, and green, and personally I loved them both. The flavorful tender meat on all three of these was just fantastic. I was hungry and I probably could've eaten six! I was so busy devouring tasty morsels of taco that I forgot to take a picture. They boast "Mexico City style tacos and more". I asked where they were located during the week and found out you can follow them on Facebook or Instagram @tacoselbuenocolorado or Tacoselbueno.com. She told me mainly they are at farmers market's. The only bummer about the truck is they can move and you can't eat there every day of your life if you can't find them! These people are AMAZING. The tortillas in the USA cannot hope to ever achieve the standards of tortillas in Mexico. So don't hold that against them. They do a great job of figuring out Al Pastor tacos without being in MX as well :). Not sure how they do it. But I can tell you they're as legit as you can get in the US and you won't regret trying it out. My husband and I are regulars at this food truck . Definitely recommend. read more
