I first came across them at the Muskogee Farmer's Market this season. They have some great stuffed waffles that will be knocking on the door to the "Who needs a man club" ladies. This truck is run by a very sweet couple and the products vary from stuffed waffles, snacks, and beverages. It makes a wonderful start to your day I promise. Stuffed waffles include a sausage, egg & cheese, Monte Cristo, blueberries & cream, pepperoni pizza, chicken n waffles, and apple pie. The sausage egg and cheese is perfectly done, not too hot spice wise, perfectly fried egg and just enough cheese and a side of syrup and fusting of powdered sugar. The Monte Cristo is your brunch style waffle with ham and turkey and cheese and a side of raspberry sauce(OH YUM!)and a dusting of powdered sugar. I didn't see a sign for their hours so just drop by and see if you are in the area! I got a snow cone! Each snow cone can have up to 3 flavors. I got tiger's blood (strawberry with a twist of cherry), blue raspberry, and watermelon. I also got ice cream on top which is a definite must! It adds and creamy consistency to the ice and complements the flavors well! I like that the snow cone comes with a straw and spoon in case you can't eat it faster than the sun melts! You choose the type of meat you want like Asada, al pastor, beef tongue, adobada,tripa,chorizo etc. I have tried their tacos and sopes. Both of them are good, the tacos can be had with handmade tortillas or the usual ones. I highly recommend the handmade tortillas. The sopes are just a piece of heaven especially the queso fresco on top. Also they include grill onions for ur tacos on the side. Quite frankly they are an amazing group of people, and their hours are the best. Last time I check they were open until 4 am on Friday and Saturday I believe. Tacos at 2am oh yes count me in.
