I first came across them at the Muskogee Farmer's Market this season. They have some great stuffed waffles that will be knocking on the door to the "Who needs a man club" ladies. This truck is run by a very sweet couple and the products vary from stuffed waffles, snacks, and beverages. It makes a wonderful start to your day I promise. Stuffed waffles include a sausage, egg & cheese, Monte Cristo, blueberries & cream, pepperoni pizza, chicken n waffles, and apple pie. The sausage egg and cheese is perfectly done, not too hot spice wise, perfectly fried egg and just enough cheese and a side of syrup and fusting of powdered sugar. The Monte Cristo is your brunch style waffle with ham and turkey and cheese and a side of raspberry sauce(OH YUM!)and a dusting of powdered sugar. They said 15-20 minutes, so I drove through the drive through at about 17 minutes and it was hot, and ready, as they advised. The pizza, both halves, were phenomenal. Good cheese, good toppings, and the crust is crunchy and delicious. The bacon on the balsamic chicken side is actually super good bacon. smoky and meaty, and really added to the overall experience of that half, The ranch, I was told, is home made, and definitely tastes like it. The guy at the window was pretty excited about getting it to us, and I totally get it. If my ranch was this good, I'd be excited to get it to people, too. I will definitely be coming back.
