The flame still flares up on the grill when the cook flips the burger, confirming the char flavor will be present as advertised. It's by no means fancy or fussy (and isn't trying to be) but is a good place to get a freshly made burger, shake (for only $3.25!) and SWEET POTATO FRIES, which Muskogee doesn't have enough of.
