Let me just say, I've been to almost 40 different states and a few countries trying tacos in many different places and yours , rank right at the top. They were amazing. Just the right amount of heat , the slaw just the right cut and texture, the chicken and the sauce on it , and the crunch of the peanuts, and then at the end with just the right amount of cilantro taste without being overbearing. It was a lazy Saturday afternoon in the Quarry Shopping Center and my wife was picking up a few groceries. I saw this little food wagon so I thought I would give it a try. Great decision! I bought a meatloaf sandwich, a buffalo chicken style pizza, and some gourmet tater tots. I'm make these dishes sound simple but they really weren't. The pizza was a flat bead with smoked chicken, a blue cheese sauce, and much more. The meatloaf was so juice and tender. If they had given me just the bun and the sauces on it I would have been happy. The tater tots were nothing like you get at Sonic. They were stuffed with so many things plus they were the size of small farm animals. I will definitely look for this truck the next time I'm in town. read more

This food truck is absolutely amazing and the name is befitting! I had the smokin rolls which were packed full of flavor and the combination of the corn, rice, cheese and chicken was amazing. It was topped with soy sauce that had a smoky flavor and scallions. I also had the giant tater tots with a dipping sauce and the strawberry waffle topped with cream cheese and strawberries. The prices are great for the portions that you receive, regardless of where they are set up, it will be convenient to get to, and they are really friendly and make great suggestions when you can't make up your mind. read more

We drove out of our way to try this food truck for lunch and were not disappointed! Excellent food! The owner was engaging and assisted us in our selection of lunch items. We sat on the picnic table and eat out lunch. What a great way to spend a nice spring day! The menu changes every two weeks and is posted online! There are several Food Trucks now available in our area, with Trucking Delicious being one of the best as mentioned in Do South magazine in last months addition. There are several on my list to try, this being the first. Fresh ingredients bought locally, constantly updating the menu while holding on to favourites. And they take into account that many customers have only thirty minutes to eat, so they are super fast in preparing the food fast while maintaining the quality of their food, with many repeat customers. A good sigh. As I said, this is what I read in Do South magazine. I will update my profile of this noble restaurant after I have had a chance to try it myself. They belong to the River Valley Food Truck Association, where tut can look up the time and places they(& the others) will be at various locations, making it easier to find out where they will be at and on what days. There is also another one that serves only PIE that I am dying to try, I Love PIE, especially fruit pies ;), but this will be for another review. See you fine people later with that review. Would like to try several of these food trucks, as there are several, serving from locations from Greenwood to Ozark. This truck is awesome. Their regular menu is on point but they are not shy to try some experimenting. Case in point: I could not make a decision on what type of meat i wanted so i asked if i could have every type of protein they had on one gyro. It was the best decision i made all day. I started on the end that had the falafel ball for the initial flavor. Once that section was finished, the meatball set in and changed the entire mouthfeel with tomatoey deliciousness. At the end was the grilled chicken which was perfectly complimented with the with feta cheese and lettuce. It was a great gyro which i'm dubbing the "Greek Trashcan." Keep in mind the menu changes every two weeks so if you want to grab your own Greek Trashcan, get on it now! read more

This place is great! i phoned in my order went to Walmart and got some groceries and my order was ready for pick up when I was done shopping. They have the same menu for 2 weeks which is great as the food is so good you have to try everything once! I got The Morton which was a delicious hamburger with fried egg and other yummies. I also had the chicken and dumplings which is honestly the best chicken and dumplings that I've ever tasted! I also had the desert egg roll. it was the bomb! Truckin' Delicious catered the Valentine's Dinner at the Fort Smith Brewing Company last night. The only reason I give them 5 stars is because they won't let me give 10 stars!! The menu was off the hook!! The flavors were amazing!! I can honestly say that this meal ranks in my top 3 of all time!! I WILL be looking for this truck in the future!! If they ever decide to move to a brick location, we will definitely be regulars!! read more

WOW! WoW! wOw! I just tried the Cuban, the stuffed tater tots , and it was nothing short of Truckin' Amazing!!! It is now on my top 5 lists of favorites in Fort Smith. Totally worth the drive, portions are HUGE, and worth the $$ price. Apparently, the menu changes all the time so we will always have new items to look forward to.
