I've been to this Crunch location 2x now for Charity's hip hop dance class. I love Charity she used…read moreto work at Life Time where I attend, and I miss her dearly. She is a great dance instructor, and I'm super jelly that Crunch has her and not LT. If you are at Crunch, and love to dance, check her out! You won't regret it! Now, onto the actual review of this location. I thought the color scheme and layout was a bit too much. There's just too many colors, and the layout of this gym is not aesthetically pleasing. I know most won't care about these things, but I am on the spectrum, and these things bother me and distract me a lot. As far as equipment goes, there's a lot of everything at this Crunch just like any other Crunch. However, this location is busy from morning to night just like the Edmond location. I feel like this one's even more busier though. So, it's not that comfortable to workout here. I did use the restroom during my visit so, I was able to checkout the ladies locker rooms and restrooms. They are located in the same area, and seem to be fairly clean. In conclusion, I thought the staff at this location was super professional and friendly. if you can't afford a nicer gym, this gym could be a good option if you primarily do cardio and weight lift, but reserving classes might be a challenge. If you're introverted like me, and don't like huge crowds.. this isn't the gym for you. I give this place an average review, because it's an average gym, nothing fancy, nothing special, just a regular gym that's super crowded.

My mom passed away and I moved across the country. We sent in the certified letter and the information proving we moved and we have now been charged for July and August. Multiple phone calls with the club and their billing agency and the way we have been treated is shocking at Best. I run a fairly large company so this is now become where I will probably use this as training for my employees on how to never handle a customer. I don't think the customers always right, however when we sent in our documentation certified and they continue to charge me month after month and refuse to stop, and on top of that, give me unbelievable attitude on the phone, I now feel I need to speak up. Now maybe gyms are not competitive and they can be dicks to their paying customers but when this gym tried to justify charging me an extra 250.00 over a 50.00 cancelation fee when it was paid properly, I feel it's time to become a Karen. Buyer beware. Other gyms are available.

They take your Goal Pace, your timing, and your rate of speed into account then help you perfect your running technique. Not to mention the music was on point with the class! Everything they played is currently on my "run Sam run" and "5K get it" Spotify Playlists! I really can't say enough about how great the class, the studio, the instructors were and of course the Woodway treadmills. These are not the curved Woodways, these were like running on clouds and if I had the choice I would never run on another treadmill again. I took the Grinder class and can't wait to take it again.

A friend invited me to try Higher Ground's Grinder class. After that class I was hooked on Higher Ground and their treadmill classes! The coaches are personally interested in you and your running! During my second class Patrick corrected my running form. I have been consistently going to Higher Ground for the past 3 months and still get excited to do the treadmill classes. Now I do NOT need to run with my knee straps or KT tape on my knee!!!! I am participating in the Fall Half Marathon training and could not be more pleased! I have learned that running is FUN again because Higher Ground has taught me how to run without it hurting
