As soon as my husband and I went to a room, the nurses are super attentive and super sweet: It was past midnight, when we got there. Not only that they took care of me immediately, they made sure they took care of my husband too. A nurse gave him a better chair , a recliner, to be more comfortable. They got me hooked up to the monitors and made sure I was comfortable. The nurses are probably more in their early to mid 20s. The room is clean, and spacious. The bathroom has plenty of room in the shower. I don't know what else to say except the Oklahoma Heart Hospital south really took great care of me! .

I went here because my insurance (Tricare) is accepted. They have a nice lobby with a big television. They even have coffee out if anyone wants it. The people who work here have all been very nice and accommodating, which is nice when you don't feel good. I have seen two different doctors and both took a good amount of time with me to figure out what was going on. They asked a lot of questions and seemed genuinely concerned. With a prescription (called in by them) I was out the door and ready to be healed. :) Both times I received a call a few days later to make sure that I was doing better. But, he did decide to tell scheduler supervisor to drop me . So, now all my medications that neede dPA on them including insulin I haven't had for 2 weeks . Is now not getting PAs and I'm having to look for a new doctor so I can get my medications . He also wrote scripts for name brand and the insurance doesn't cover it . Also, insurance says they do not see a PA sent it's been over a month since mid December .

My husband (25yo) sprained his foot playing soccer real bad. We were icing and elevating it every…read morechance we could. We came here to get X-rays just to double check nothing was broken. We came right when they were open and they had a nice waiting room with free drinks. Not long & they called us back. They took his X-rays and declared nothing was broken but that they'd have their radiologist take a second look for any small fractures. We appreciated that. He got all bandaged up and we left with crutches which was so nice to have to be mobile. They front desk ladies were kind & so was the doctor. We'll be back again if we ever get sick! We were in and out maybe 45 minutes. Another time my husband got pink eye from the kids he works with at his clinic. He came here to get the medicine he needed to cure it. He then (of course) passed it to me, and I was able to do a Telehealth online video meeting where I described my symptoms & they gave me eye drops also to help me out. I really appreciated the Telehealth meeting because I work from home & didn't have to leave my desk!

Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences at IM Well. I really was feeling awful the first…read moretime I went and saw the nurse practitioner. She asked me a lot of questions and was very thorough, but then began to second guess the medications my main doctor had given me. I've seen that doctor for years, and she is amazing, so it really rubbed me the wrong way. I thought that maybe I might have just been a little too sensitive or moody. So I shrugged it off. I was feeling puny and didn't know the ARNP very well. Flash forward to a month later and I'm told by a coworker that I can get my Rx filled for free if I go to IM Well again. Same circumstance. The ARNP was questioning me to the point of being rude and making me feel uncomfortable. She made me feel like I was drug seeking when all I wanted was my acne medication and B12 shots for free. She ended up refusing to fill it without labs. Ok, so I made sure my labs from a few months ago would be forwarded to her. But no Rx ever came to my pharmacy. I called them to see what was the problem and never got a return call.
