For a simple oil change, you wait at least two hours. They don't listen to your concerns. Always trying to make an extra buck even though you spent huge money there. their customer service is poor. The last car we bought from Honda anytime we dropped it off. It would come out with a complete cleaning. I find that very respectful and great customer service. I don't usually leave ratings but I guess I am just that disappointed that I felt the need to.

Within a week of getting the vehicle, the check engine light came on and shortly after it wouldn't start. It had to be towed back to the dealership, where the engine was replaced with a used one. Just two days after getting it back, the car broke down again and required another tow and repair. Even now, the car continues to show problems. I have a baby and a toddler and often drive on highways -- I do not feel safe in this vehicle. I paid for towing out of pocket, and if it weren't for the insurance I purchased, I would have been left with a broken car. I tried to work with the salesperson and management to undo the deal or replace the vehicle, but my messages went unanswered. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

When i sat down to complete the final…read morepaperwork , I signed off to receive 2 keys - only to find out that just before I was to start the vehicle , my second key was left with the guy that cleaned my Jeep and that It would be mailed to me in a week... long story short and fast forward 2 months. That was not the story and my key was in Edmonton, somehow left in a vehicle up there but I didnt find out that story until almost 2 months later. Needless to say I did get my key but I had to constantly phone in those 2 months over and over because it was promised this date...and then another date.. The other issue I had was the financing portion. I was told what the rate was going to be - when I sat down to complete the paperwork, it was much higher. Apparently because one puts a large deposit down, then the bank increases the interest rate. Had I known that, I would have put nothing down and then gone to the bank afterwards to put the money down. The saleman should never give the rate and payments. If I could go back I would have asked for that rate in writing first. That was my mistake and should have never taken the word of a saleman. 3rd and final item. I was told by the saleman that i was going to get a gift certificate or 100 bucks to take my significant other out. Not only was this mentioned once but a few times in the course of this transaction. I never did receive it even after all of this. In the end that is insignificant but you never tell a customer that you are going to send them something and not follow through. i was sent a "free oil change" from the owner for my inconvenience but I won't drive out there for that, especially after all of this. Funny how I never heard from the salemans after I found out the truth. Even when I emailed him to ask where my $100.00 was, he never even had the courtesy to respond. I was going to send others to this dealership because they started off great. After this experience, I will not recommend them - only because I felt that what happened above broke a lot of trust. Being told my key was not available after I signed off was very dishonest.
