We had a great tour of the Ola distillery and tried their spirit. We learned the history of Hawaiian distillery and the sugar factory. We had an amazing time and the team onsite was super friendly and knowledgeable. We grabbed a bottle of their Koili Ocean Aged Spirit and are excited to bring it back home and make some cocktails. We toured this amazing new distillery this week. While the space isn't 100% complete, it's open for tours with tasting of the products! Okolehao is the Hawaii spirit and so good! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and led us through the process from harvesting Ti root to "Ocean Aging" in barrels in a historic train tunnel. read more
