It was really hot which I wasn't used to other studios. I've been to well ventilated places so I found that challenging. I got into the swing of things easily, I took more breaks to make sure I didn't get hot or lightheaded. When I visit Hawaii again I'll be sure to check the studio out. I would love to check out one of their lyra classes and get to know the instructors a little bit more.
