Locally, two other places close to me in the area could not give me an appointment to look at the car for several weeks into January. Arty gave me an appointment to see the car the very next day! Rick's promptly fixed the car after a door which had to be ordered by them came in! The price to fix my car was reasonable by comparison to other collision repair centers locally. I was impressed! Lastly, the repair was perfect! The paint is beautiful. Also, other minor scuff and scratches on plastic and metal were removed. They cleaned the car too. This is the second time over two separate leases thaT EITHER at the signing moment /day and time something was not on paper the way it was presented , or that post delivery of the car some issue that is not and SHOULD NOT be your responsibility is now going to cost you the buyer money out of pocket. I would NOT send a friend or member of my family there if details matter to that person. My situation has still not been resolved as of March 15 2026.
