At the shop, you can expect a sterile environment, but the vibes are wayyyy cool. Allen was thorough with his explanations and quelled any nerves that I had. He was very knowledgeable and his years of experience was comforting. I ended up with a gold 2mm stud and it looks great. Did it hurt? A little, but I feel like I get hurt when I get up from a long nap, so what do I know. Definitely would recommend this shop and Allen. He's great vibes, funny, super clean and very professional. I came into the shop as a Hail Mary just to see if they carried something that would fit the studs I already owned. Not only was Allen able to help me and replace the flat backs on my existing jewelry, he also informed me that my naval piercing that fell out months ago wasn't closed. Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

I especially wanted to shout out Hernan for my navel piercing. He did a phenomenal job. He was communicative and completely open to my requests. It's been about three days now, and I'm honestly surprised by how little soreness and discomfort I've had. I'm a bigger guy with a stomach, so I was a little concerned about how a navel piercing would feel, especially since it's a high movement area. But after the first 12 hours, there is very little soreness, and I'm already noticing less discomfort when I move. I think a lot of that has to do with Hernan's skill and attention to placement. He checked the placement while I was standing, sitting, and laying down to see how my stomach and navel moved and sat in each position. That level of care really stood out to me and should be standard but isn't everywhere which is why I always go here. For any plus size person wondering if a navel piercing is possible or will heal well, it definitely will! It's more about your individual anatomy than your size, but having a knowledgeable piercer who understands anatomy of all sizes makes a huge difference. Everyone here is great. I talked to some of the girls who were waiting to get tattooed and it seemed their wait was also minimal. Jassy (stabbedbyjassy on IG) did three of my piercings. I got a daith, vertical helix, and lobe. I completely trusted her judgement and I'm glad I did. She made the experience fast and painless. Then once I contacted her through IG for some last minute questions, she responded less than two days later. Overall, glad I came here for the event and looking forward to another piercing by Jassy once these heal. Also glad I saved some money by going during this special event, because they quoted me $75 for a helix and $85 for a daith, originally.
