I don't know what's changed with this bar. The past two times I've been here it's not the same. The air conditioning is being kept off even though it's 85 degrees outside. Their ice tastes bad and makes all the drinks taste off. I have been coming here as a regular for the past 7 years, always to myself sitting in the back corner playing the bar game on the bar. I will not come back. Very unfortunate. They better learn to take care of their customers, especially those that have been loyal to this local bar. read more

Service sucked. Couldn't find the bartender for 15 minutes until she decided to come out of the office on her phone.

We were long time customers. I mean LONG TIME. YEARS. And you guys dicked us on a 40+ dollar bar tab. We attempted to work out with you but you weren't interested. How do you justify doing that to regulars?! SHAMEFUL. I would expect you to screw some tourists but not US!! We were your biggest fans. No No and No..... this is what is commonly called a dive bar. We stopped for a drink and some wings, bar food and Wow! It was like we were on another planet! The manager of this place is reprehensible and should not work in the food service or Restaurant industry. He said he was the manager after he tried to add some other peoples bill to our bill at the bar. He insisted I pay for someone else's bar tab that I don't know or have ever met in my life.... to the tune of 100.00? I can only summize that he might have been high on something? I have never been there in my life and the bar tenders said he was flat wrong and said he was crazy as well? we were there no more then ten to twelve minutes. This guy should be fired so the owner can save his business from a manager like this! I will be sure to never step foot near this place ever again. Outside after midnight it is dangerous as it has a bunch of young hoodlums hanging outside of the front door just loitering and being loud. I caution you! This place is a zero Star. I sure hope the owner cares and tries to better choose his or her manager. read more

Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. I don't do yelp reviews, but our experience with the staff was so horrible I found it necessary to go the lengths to warn people. Went out as a group of about 10, this night was planned out as everyone needed sitters and this was everyone's big night out. As we walked in the door, before ordering our first drink the doorman Nathan says to my friend as she walks in "Hefty hefty hefty", calling her big. Regardless if she is or not he didn't need to call attention to it, and when someone nearby heard it they said something and it turned into a altercation where all of us and the random strangers all got kicked out. Ruined everyone's night out as the police showed up and threw girls around cause the bar said someone laid hands on them. The bar has since apologized and offered a round of drinks, but we will never go back. The behavior exhibited even by the manager was disgusting, no drink is worth your dignity. Skip this one and go to the Roo, ask for Kat or literally any other bar. read more
