This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now. read more

I stopped by to grab a pair of the mid rise rock star super skinny jeans. They had one pair in my size. A bit lighter Jean wash than I would like, but they will work. Needed a pair in a hurry. I had to help myself into an open fitting room. Several staffers were busy stocking the shelves. Not one person asked me anything during my visit, except while checking out. ON aren't the best quality jeans. These jeans wrinkle up and ride up your leg unless they are super tight on you. They aren't stretchy material it seems. At least I found a pair that was on clearance. What a deal, just over $19 after taxes. Can't beat that price for a quick in a pinch purchase. They will have to do. read more

#1, I always find more than I need at Old Navy. The best for sweaters :) #2, This location in particular has a lovely employee named Toni! When I got home from a shopping trip, I realized I was missing an item from my ON bag. I called the store, and Toni went to check the security footage without missing a beat. Turns out, the item was one that I put back in the store, so of course it wasn't on my receipt, and I didn't have it in my bad because it shouldn't have been there. I felt so stupid! Toni assured me that it happens all the time, and she was so nice throughout the whole encounter. She didn't make me feel bad at all about the inconvenience. Great customer service. read more

I literally only shop at two places for clothes and this is one of them. I love Old Navy, but I especially love this one the most! It's like a huge Old Navy Superstore that sits up on this hill with lots of other store and restaurants around. There's a huge parking lot with plenty of spots so finding a spot is hardly ever an issue. I hope everyone is already hip to the amazingness that is Old Navy! Their clothes are really cute, fashionable and very affordable. They're always doing sales and will usually send a secret code in emails that you can use at the register for additional discounts. The staff is really friendly and helpful too. My favorite here are their casual tees and their rockstar jeans. Both are super comfy and again super affordable! I can't stand how some places try and charge $20-$30 for one tee, it's just madness. When they have a sale their shirts are around $6-$9 and jeans around $12-$15 and you just can't beat that. I also love how they have convenient "quick change dressing rooms". So if you just need pop on a shirt real quick to make sure it's the right size, you can slide in close the curtain behind you and be done within a matter of seconds. read more

The Old Navy at the hills. I mean, there isn't really much to say about Old Navy other than,,, it's Old Navy. Let's say, Tommie Hilfinger dropped it's prices and had a wider range of clothes, it would be Old Navy. Anyways, I've been in and out if this shop plenty of times through out the years since I moved here to michigan. It's probably one of the prominent "Draw" shops here at the hills. Well for me as far as I'm concerned. The shop is well kept, it's organized and the associates are plenty helpful. I've never had a bad experience here either. I'm a big fan of Old Navy because they sell cheap, disposable clothing. Almost every tee I wear is from Old Navy and the same goes for my jeans. I'm a clearance junkie and this ON has a huge clearance section in the back of the store. I've found jeans for $8 and shirts for $1.97 back there! I especially love their basic tees and tanks. Be warned, their tees are why I call ON's clothes "disposable". They don't last many washes before getting holes, piling balls in the armpits or threads start coming loose. If you buy them on sale, it lessens the blow of their short life expectancy. Old Navy usually has great coupons like 30% off your purchase, or $15 off $50. Most of the time, you can show coupons on your phone to get the deal. If you're an Old Navy card holder, you can get 10% off every Tuesday. The store can be very busy on Saturday afternoons, so I avoid shopping then. Too many families with tons of kid kids running rampant and screaming... not for me. The checkout process can be gruesome, too. I've waited more than ten minutes to check out on multiple visits. Keep that in mind when visiting! read more

New program at Old Navy. Cash buyers go through the traditional cashier stations. 8 stations only staffed by one cashier. They now have "mobile station" that has a line backed up. The 8 station single Cash Cashier can not take credit card buyers. The mobile credit card cashier can only provide an emailed receipt. Since we do not want our email in their system it requires cashier to print to a back office printer. We get to wait for someone to bring receipt. We were told most people just take email receipt. Clearly customer experience takes a back seat to what is convenient to Old Navy. read more

Old navy get its crowded day -- but they do have great sales. The store provides a variety of selection from toddlers to adults and even dogs outfits. If you don't mind looking through racks, then make sure to check out the clearance ranks. (There isn't alot, but some people can find "the nail in the hay stack") The reason the store gotta 3 stars instead of 5 is due the fact... the store isn't very organized, checking out lines are usually long, and you're aren't able to get carts through. I haven't had a problem with customer service because there are some people on the floor that to try and assist you. read more

This Old Navy stays crowded, but the front end staff seem to keep the line moving. I like that they have a plus size section and a variety of clothing options. The store is pretty huge. The clearance section is normally color coded and sized properly. My favorite part is that they have a restroom that is clean! Shopping at Old Navy can take all day and it's useful to have a restroom available. The downside I have found is that they don't have a true fitting room. There are curtains that you can go behind in each section to try clothes on. I like to be comfortable trying on clothes, so I usually just buy what I know will fit. I get points for shopping at Old Navy from Shopkicks, so that adds to the savings. read more

Don't get me wrong i LOVE shopping at old navy but this time i wasn't happy with this location. I was getting jeans, and new shirts for my family & i. and the cashier/manager (didn't catch her name) was very rude and made herself out to seem like she was better than me or my family. Her overall attitude wasn't great either. Never greeted us or asked us how our day was like you're suppose to in retail. Especially when you're a manager. read more

Old Navy is an old favorite of mine and this location is big and has a large selection of everything. The employees are friendly and helpful and most importantly the store is organized and I never have trouble finding what I am looking for. read more
