I also love that you can leave your sale profit in your account and you get a 15% discount for any purchases you make at the store. However, you always do have the option to just receive payment for what you did sell. It's a win-win either way and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Never shopping here again. I bought a valentines day outfit for my daughter. I tried the pants on…read moreher and they didn't fit so i tried to exchange it for a different size 2 days later. I didn't have the the tags but I had the receipt, they said they couldn't take it back and they saw a stain on it and accused me of putting the stain on it when I didn't even try the shirt on my daughter and there was no way that I could have made that stain. The location was pretty busy with a lot of customers walking around looking at merchandise but the atmosphere was still pretty quiet and there was enough space to walk around the store comfortably which is very important to me while I am shopping in a store. They had clothing very neatly displayed with the proper price tags and sizes seemed pretty much in order on the clothing racks. There were several employees on the sales floor doing jobs such as stocking, cleaning, merchandising and assisting customers. At the time that I was there they were offering excellent sale prices on some of the items that I was interested in buying. I tried on some clothing in their very well maintained fitting room and picked out some very nice tops. Nice designs and very affordable. The help at the cashier desk was helpful and seemed to know their stuff. Parking was no trouble at all in the spacious mall parking lot. I would definitely go back to this Macy's store for some more shopping.

It truly broke my heart to see my dear friend who was preparing for his wedding day have to deal with such unprofessionalism but also literally lose and waste his money at this store. I did do my research as I visited 3 other men's warehouse locations all within 50 miles of the emerald square mall location, the one which broke my heart that Mark manages and NONE were as awful as this store. The only thing that was a little awkward was one of the employees appeared to working in a shirt and bralette which I suppose they sell there, so it should be ok, right? Except for the fact that the shirt was hanging off her and she was essentially ringing us out wearing a bra. It did make me a little uncomfortable and my daughter as well. They sell underwear there, but I don't see anyone wandering around in boy shorts.
