She was a little apologetic that it would take maybe three weeks, I told her not to worry about it, that I'd waited this long to contact her and could wait a little longer. We agreed the baby wouldn't know the difference. The towel arrived while we were in KC and I opened it last night when we got home. It is a gorgeous blue, soft and beautifully crafted. I just love it and so will Mommy and Baby, I think. Enclosed was a sweet note w/ another apology for the wait and a coupon for a discount on my next order. Well, I have a little great niece who will be turning 2 this summer and could use a towel w/ her name on it. I look forward to choosing the color and design. This will not be my last purchase here. The front yard has large item storage, which made me a little uncertain, on how the repeated heat and sun might affect the integrity of plastics and paints. Just inside the door is an indoor courtyard with all the clearance items, which are a steal of a deal, but has no A/C so I'd recommend going early in the morning, or on a cool day. Inside, the rooms are organized by gender and age, with younger ages on the east side of the house, and older on the west side. They even have maternity clothes for the mommy to be. I was really impressed with their selection and price, my friend got an entire bag of adorable nautical themed onesies and matching sets for like, $15. They also have resources for low income families, including WIC info and state-assisted programs, and the owner of the store donates 10% of their proceeds to the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Foundation, which helps military families in need. This place is a gem for any growing family, especially with how expensive brand new baby clothes are, and how fast they grow out of them. Excellent prices, easily accessible from the 95, and great selection, Baby-Go-Round makes a magical time just that much better.

A big, thoughtfully decorated window invites one in where you will find a divine collection of childrens' clothing, accessories, books, toys and other items bound to delight any youngster. The selection is good without being overwhelming and while more pricey than, say, Walmart or similar stores, I think you get excellent value for what you are getting. Some of the lines they carry come from England and are just adorable. And it isn't just for girls - I have got things for my now almost 2 year old nephew which were original and charming. In the back by the check out area, there is a display of some lovely jewelry, bags, and other pretty things for Mom or Grandma too. Or in my case, Auntie! I got two beautiful necklaces and some earrings on my first visit. The owner and her mother run it together and both are just delightful. I've had some excellent conversations there while checking out. Young mothers with babies are often to be found there and it is a warm and welcoming place. They often have sales and weather permitting a table of interesting items outside. Whether you are shopping for a new baby or a five year old, you will find something here that is unique, well made and just what you didn't know you were looking for. Check it out!
