I was in the store for 20-30 minutes. I noticed this trend when any older lady came in. They only greeted the younger teens. They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional. When I saw this shop, I decided to enter. As I walked in, I saw Ashley, the manager, standing near the counter. I asked for her assistance and described to her what I needed. Ashley made some recommendations and showed me a variety of toys that were aged appropriate. She spent a lot of time helping me until I felt satisfied with my decision. I ended up with the 5+ Burger Truck (see pic). If you have small children, this place has everything: fun, educational and interactive.
