While Old Navy clothing has changed their styles over the years, their quality has remained the same. This post reflects the customer service that I recently received. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile. I had to return some items. I found the salesman to be wonderfully personable, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me. I needed some jeans without the distressed look and holes. So hard to find plain jeans. But I was able to find some here today and on sale. Quick and easy to find my size, tried them on in the fitting room and cashed out with the cashier. Happy to find 2 and for the right price. read more

Not the best Old Navy by far, but yes, I do shop here occasionally because it is somewhat close to my home and I do find the occasionally score ($3 Christmas PJs; yes please!). Sometimes a gal has to settle, and even process her anger, when she's in need of a little retail therapy! ;) This is an averaged sized ON and they do manage to keep the inventory at max capacity; however, because it is the only Old Navy anywhere close to the area they do tend to run out of the most common sizes first. Particularly with women's clothing...unless you happen to go in right when they've put out a new item...you will find several racks with only x-small and xx-large sizes left. :( There is typically a large clearance section as well, but it is always SO unorganized that I rarely have the patience to dig for a bargain. And, it seems like Old Navy's prices for their marginal quality clothing has continued to rise an rise over the past few years. Gone are the days of plentiful clearance garments for under $5...unless you're in the market for a Day-Glo pink tank branded with "South Beach" on the front, then you go girl! With the exception of the clearance section, the store is pretty tidy; however, good luck finding any sales staff on the floor. There's rarely anyone manning the fitting rooms, and if you need to use the ladies room - hold it! Trust me! I've been in truck stops that have cleaner restrooms...seriously DISGUSTING! From top to bottom, does not look like it has been cleaned since the store opened several years ago! I've called a couple of times and informed a manager, but nothing had changed the last time I popped my head in. Eww! Just no! And then there is the check-out process.......wait..........wait......the SLOWEST ever!!! I have waited (not so patiently) 20 minutes in line more than once. I mean, I had just spent all my time shopping and trying on crap, so what's another...nah, maybe I should have just thrown my choice goods down, stepped out of line, and left the store like I've seen several people do in the past, including during last night's visit. Last night there was one register open, with a very fragile looking girl named Abby working the register literally at a snail's pace. I can't move that slow even when I try. Three people in front of me, and six more behind quickly stacked up. After seeing everyone, including me, getting very frustrated, my husband was proactive and somehow found a manager who quickly came up to open another lane while asking Abby "did you call for backup?" Abby, "No, um, well, I mean, yes." Manager, "Oh, I didn't hear you." Not so pretty little liar picked up her step in a snap!!! I couldn't help myself, on my way out I felt inclined to inform said manager about Miss Abby's bold faced fib. So, yes, that was me... Overall: Old Navy, regardless of any location, is a great store for cheap flops and cute sandals. Clearance items are the way to go if you have the time and patience. If visiting this store, avoid getting in Abby's line - if she still works there...and go pee pee somewhere else. For. Real. read more

Old Navy - Super cute w/ ankle straps and white can be really hard to find - Men's Clothing Near Me - Bee Cave, Texas

I like this ON location a lot. I have shopped here numerous times and they always have a HUGE clearance area with super cheap prices. For instance today I purchased my new favorite kelly green t-shirt with cute puffy sleeves for only 2.99 and they had 2 racks full of tops marked .94 - 1.47. They also have really good prices on dog stuff. All of their super cute dog collars and leashes are only 6.50 and made of what looks like a thick durable fabric. They even had some collars that had bow ties or ties and rain coats for little dogs. And toys and bowls. Every time I headed to the checkout I found something else I wanted to try on. Lots of super short shorts and strapless sundresses and stripes seem to be the trend for spring / summer 2010 and I like it. read more

Oh Old Rabies, what can you say? It's rebranded Levi's, right? Then why doesn't anything there fit me? My wife finds a lot of stuff there for her and my little girl, but I haven't bought anything at Old Navy since the days of bike messenger shorts (man those were awesome cargo shorts). I have to agree with Michelann Q's review on this store, the maternity section needs serious work. Imagine being the only Old Navy in Austin, Texas that carries a maternity line. Wouldn't you think it would be a genius idea to actually carry the clothes that are available online? I know I may be crossing the line here with my ingenious plan, but c'mon Old Navy. All you give us preggos is a small, hidden corner of the entire store? I actually felt like this maternity section is the store's dirty little secret, squirreled away at the very back of the store, squeezed into the infant section. My redeeming star goes to actually carrying a pair of jeggings in my size that are currently sold out on-line. I just can't fathom the reasoning to carry such a pitiful semblance of an incredibly lucrative clothing line. Women get pregnant. Women buy maternity clothes. Offer them. Make money. I know, Old Navy is just what it is. Cheap, plentiful, and filling. Oh wait, that's Luby's. Same difference. So I recognize the futility of bitching about it. Still, I'm going to. In reality, I shop at Old Navy a lot, mostly online for their newer petite line. It fits me well, and supplements the pricier business pieces I buy. This store is a little chaotic, but fairly typical. The staff is nice. But guess what? I'm pregnant, and this Old Navy is the only one in the Austin area that has a maternity section. Try and visualize air quotes around those last two words. First, they stick the maternity clothes in the newborn section. WTF! I'm not a newborn. Product placement at it's most obnoxious. Second, it makes me feel creepy (not special) that I can't shop with the rest of the ladies. Just a bad marketing decision, folks. Third, there are about three items on any given day. No selection whatsoever. There's one or two small shelves, a wall rack, and one free standing rack. It basically takes up half the newborn section. Here's a funny thing, Old Navy - if you carried a decent selection of maternity clothes in your store, the TEN THOUSAND pregnant women in Austin might actually shop there and also be more inclined to order additional stuff online, since they'd have some idea how your clothes fit. I ended up ordering stuff online and selling it to a pregnant friend because nothing fit right. I've pretty much given up on Old Navy at this point and am finding maternity wear elsewhere. read more

This store has the saddest selection of maternity clothes I have ever seen. I recommend ordering online with free shipping. Just get multiple sizes and return them to the store. The clerks were not very helpful and they were out of everything in my size. Very disappointing considering how far away this place is from town. read more

I went to this old navy because I was visiting Austin from Huston to see some family and needed to grab some new shorts since it was getting hot! I walked in and was immediately greeted at the door and helped the whole time through. The workers were super sweet and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The cashier, a girl with red hair and a slight south accent was super helpful and kind and folded all of my clothes in a bag and was bright and cheery. The shorts were cheaper then I thought! So the cashier signed me up for a credit card, even though she said it was a rewards card. I should have known when I put my social in but just didnt think anything of it. I asker her over and over again to make sure it was not a credit card. About a week ago, I went to the old navy off Brodie and she told me it was a credit card. I was very upset, explaining the situation. She gave me the number to the bee cave old navy. I called today explaining what happened to a manager. She never apologized and was not very polite. I will still continue to shop at old navy but am still upset that an employee was very dishonest with me. read more

The women's bathroom here is vile. I mean REALLY REALLY vile. I am posting this in hopes of management doing something about it. I've mentioned it to a few associates yet it's still absolutely filthy every time we go. I honestly can't believe the female staff uses this bathroom and haven't demanded it to be cleaner.
