They're very knowledgeable when you're looking for a specific thing, they will point you in the right direction And if you need help in anyway. they're there to do their job and that's to inform you and to make sure you know your purchase is complete when you go to the register you'll be satisfied because they will help you make your choice if that's what you want or they'll just point you in the right direction of where the item is you want and let you make the decision. Usually if you're there to buy an appliance or you're there to buy anything in the area where the kitchen items are it's pretty self-explanatory when you look at things, but if something needs more explaining they're there for you so when you go to Kohl's, look around for that sales person they're not gonna be just stand around waiting for someone to ask him a question they're busy stocking shelves so when you're ready to buy something, it's on the shelf. That is a very smart manager working with those employees here she is very knowledgeable. They know that the customer might buy quite a few items they come there so when the next customer comes, they wanna make sure that there's something on the shelf so that the customer can make a proper choice and there's usually a variety which makes it nice for the customer so if you're looking for a department store that has it all and wonderful sales people and polite and kind cashiers go to Kohl's department store of Conway and you'll be glad you did take it from me the satisfied customer.

My daughter (4) was looking at toys and this worker came up and took them straight out of her hands and shoved them back on the shelf. I was so upset. We left immediately. But what's even better about this particular location is that it's a HomeGoods also! (I know, right?!) They split the store in half so it's part TJ Maxx and part HomeGoods with the proper signage to prove it! In all my TJX store shopping far and wide, I've never seen a store like this! -- kinda' hard to believe I found it in Conway, Arkansas, but ok! I can shop here for hours and hours, and I usually strike gold! I visited this location in dire need of things from the HomeGoods side and ended up breaking my budget and finding everything I needed and more.
