The manager was just hanging out behind the counter and didn't even come to acknowledge me about the situation. She sent another person to do her job. I watched the other employee take the clothing set over to her and the manager rolled her eyes, said they don't belong together, tore the swift attachment apart, and told the employee to tell me the outfit was two different prices. Your staff's lack of attention to detail when putting sets back together is not my problem. You had an item with 4 different prices; you go with the lowest price period! It's not my fault your employees were not mindful. This is not the first time I have had issues with management not giving the price as marked. Between the consistent terrible customer service, the long lines, the overcrowded shelves, and the racks never zoned correctly, it will be a while before I return to this location.

Then scanned it and tried to get her to put her Social Security number into the machine. I stopped her right there and said She specifically said she doesn't want to apply for credit card. And she said oh okay.. but you will get $40 off.. AGAIN, I said NO. She asked THREE more times before she would let us check out. It was ridiculous and dishonest what she was doing.
