Poor Customer Service When Parson's was located in Duluth, I would frequent them because of the gift choices they offer. I decided to stop in at the Suwanee location because I needed a gift right away and unfortunately, I will not be back, nor will I recommend them to my circle. If you don't welcome me upon my arrival. I absolutely love the selection and the quality is great as well. The prices are a little high, but it is a boutique and that's just how boutiques are. There are a lot of unique outfits in here as well as unique gift ideas, including cookware. I love the way you can personalize items also buy that I mean you can make your plate a Thanksgiving theme or Christmas thing or whatever thing you want by changing out the attachment on the plate. This is the most adorable gift shop. If you are looking for a present, or something to pick up your own spirits, you will probably find something here. Be sure to check out the sale rack. They have a dressing room if you find a treasure that you'd like to try on. And they have an automated frequent buyer tracking system, so no pesky card to haul around. They have friendly, helpful and cheerful staff to greet and wait on you, but they let you browse carefree if that's what you want. I never miss a chance to stop in! read more

Poor customer service. My wife and I walked in to select a gift for a friend. Not a single employee greeted us nor offered to help. After a couple of minutes, another patron walks in (single older white male) and he is greeted immediately. After that the employee (who was previously chatting with another associate) asked if we needed any help. We will not return. It's unfortunate that employees are selective in whom they choose to greet or assist. read more

I have real trouble with this store. I really want to like it. I go in here every couple of months looking for usually a gift, sometimes something for me. It's close, convenient, and they have a great variety of cute and unique gift items and nick knacks. However, no one here is particularly helpful or friendly. It's either young teenage girls chatting about their text conversations or older women who could care less. I am never greeted and when I am walking around trying to find someone to actually ask anything to, the employees act as if I have bothered them. Customer service is really lacking. I sincerely hope management will take a look at this review and consider it. This is a great store in a great town. It could be so much better than what it is now. read more

I stopped by here to pick up a ring that I saw someone where next to me at the Deli line at Publix. Random, I know but had I not asked the customer standing next to me where she got her super sparkly, swarovski ring, I would have never discovered this adorable gift shop. Luckily, the store is located less than 15 minutes from my work so I was able to make a trip here, twice during my lunch break. They have everything you want when it comes to gifts for your friends & family. I wish I had taken pictures of their interior if I had known there weren't any reviews on Yelp but will have to remember to do so next time. This store has plenty of "chotchkies" but all worth gift giving. You'll have to just visit the store in order to see the huge inventory and wide selection of gift items they carry. Guys, this store is perfect for gifts for all the women in your life! Just imagine, their company colors are bright lime green and pink! I was happy to pick up this adorable, simple and chic genuine leather purse by Brighton here and will certainly visit again for other jewelry and gift giving opportunities. It's upsetting to me that I see so many negative reviews for this amazing small business. The store is always immaculately clean and they have top notch inventory! They'll also wrap your gifts which is rare nowadays. The staff are always so polite, helpful and welcoming. If you don't like that an American business is exercising their rights, don't shop there. I've shopped at Parson's Suwanee since it opened, and my rating has been 5 stars until today when I went for the first time since COVID became a part of our lives. There was hand sanitizer at the door, but no efforts to social distance and NO MASKS on employees. When I questioned my cashier about employees not wearing masks, she said, "Some of us do and some of us don't." I'm sad that I will not be shopping there until their mask policy changes and/or we have this pandemic behind us. read more

I checked your website on Labor Day and it said you were open. I drove 20 minutes to find out your closed. I was going to my sons house and his finance loved a candle I had purchased there in July. Today, I tried again and got to the store at 12:15 lights were on and door unlocked, I didn't realize they opened at 12:30. I walked in and two ladies were in the store talking and said we are not open yet come back in 15 minutes I said I know exactly what I want a candle right there. She quickly said no its a liability thing. I turned around and walked out and she walked over and locked the door behind me. If I was a small retail store like that I would of helped the customer I'm from here and have been a loyal customer many years shopping at there locations as they moved. Im very disappointed in there customer service. My son was with me so he looked up the candle and we ordered it online from a shop in Florida I will never go back read more

I was looking for a specific item that is very limited to find. Conveniently, they had it and it was closer to my home than another boutique in Marietta. I go into the establishment a few days ago to grab these items & go. Needless to say I spent $94 in less than 10 mins & was not once greeted or offered assistance, however, everyone after my son and I, were greeted with a friendly hello. I went in there today again as my sister wanted the same item, still no greeting and as I am checking out for another $50 sale, the cashier mentions the frequent buyer card which was not brought up the last time and I would've had a discount on this purchase had it been added. Anyhow, store has cute interesting gifts but bc of the service, I do not recommend. I don't know if my ethnicity makes a difference as I am not Caucasian or they assumed i did not speak english and perhaps I look younger than my age but if my 14 year old son noticed the level of service both times, I believe there's a problem. There were girls behind the counter talking both times. I don't need assistance as I know what I want but I hate not being greeted especially when it's not consistent with every other customer. read more

The staff needs work on their customer service. The teenage girls are unpleasant and do not even speak to you. I stood at te Pandora counter for over 5 minutes and a staff member looked at me and kept walking no greeting no how can I help you. I have never been treated so poorly. The older lady with short white hair was just has bad. I browsed the store just to see if anyone would speak to me and they failed to do so. I will never shop at that store ever again. Apparently you have look the part according to the "Parsons Girls" to to be treated like a person. This store is over priced and over rated. I will not spend my money there. Cute store, but the people who work there are not friendly at all. I walked in the store - no greeting. I walked around in the store, no one said "may i help you?" I purposefully walked around several times and still nothing. I had on jeans and a tshirt which must have said to them that couldn't afford to be in there. This store has so much merchandise that it is way too crowded. Employees were not helpful and looked at me like not our type of customer. Not even a smile or hello from anyone. You should treat customers fairly no mater what the race, age, or looks. I had several gifts to buy and was so turned off by the reception of employees I said never again and left. I had a wonderful time in this store. I loved everything I saw. I wanted something special for my eighteen year old granddaughter. I wanted to buy everything I touched. I had an outstanding,adorable salesgirl,named Elizabeth,age twenty. When I told her my granddaughter loved root beer, she said " I feel like her clone!" I spent way too much money because I couldn't decide what to put back. I got a dress,t-shirt,necklace,earrings,bracelet, funky water bottle and who knows what else. I love this store! The gift items are wonderful and I like that it is laid out well. The first time I walked in, I noticed how bright and cheerful it was. They have Pandora, Vera Bradley and Brighton items. Where can you find all of these in one store? The staff is friendly, but they leave you alone to shop. The merchandise is great and there's a wide selection of gifts and knick knacks, along with higher end products - lilly pulitzer and kate spade brands, brighton jewelry, vera bradley bags, pandora jewelry. I've been shopping here for years but each time I want to go I feel even more reluctant solely because of the customer service. The women behind the counter never asked if I needed help (which once, I did, but the two women were in a conversation). I have never once been greeted at the door, which is strange after working in retail myself, this is a very high priority for us. With better employees' attitudes and behavior I would come in more often and spend more money, however customer service is severely lacking. read more
