Service outside of the lady at the jewelry counter was terrible. The store was an absolute mess needing massive recovery and the carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Not even vacuuming them. Belk is such a great company and the need to invest more payroll and attention to cleanliness and service at this store. I really appreciate the customer service from the lady in jewelry she was so nice and very helpful. The store environment was dreadfully hot, understaffed and poorly managed.

I'm not a fan of this set up but, hopefully once the revamping is done, it will be a much better mall. I did go into a few of the stores, American Eagle and Bath and Body Works were about the same size and space but, Victorias Secret was very small compared to the other ones I've been to. I don't go to Etown much but, I do hope this place looks great and will thrive again once the revamping is complete.

I said, "Excuse, could you find out if you have this cardigan in 2T cardigan" to one of the sales associates....To make a long story short--the store associate never came back to let me know whether or not they had what I was looking for in a different size and I knew at that point I would never return to the Gap ever again. The cashier at the register was efficient and nice, but the other employees weren't as helpful. I actually saw the sales associate walk back onto the floor but she never came to inform me of the product I requested so I'll just assume her walking back on the floor means, "NO we don't have the size you requested!" I spent over $170 that day for my kids and I guess its true what people say, "You should never say never!" My son, unfortunately cannot fit some of the items I purchased, so I have to take them back for an exchange. I certainly hope that I have something different to report on my 2nd and final trip. You certainly do not have to take my word for it....go check them out yourself. Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did. I also noticed that the salon was being cleaned with extreme care. The hair rollers got cleaned one by one. Everything was super nice and smelled clean.
