    Well stocked and organized. I was pleased to see a variety of sizes available including plus sizes. The staff members were efficient and cordial. Even the clearance section was pretty neat.

My dad shops at Jos A Banks ALL THE TIME...this was my interaction I walked into the Crofton store and introduced myself.. "Hi... I'm *******"... a woman who I'm going to assume was Charlene (she didn't give me her name) but based on the other reviews sounds like a perfect description of her. Charlene walks up to me... "How can I help you?" Totally disregards my name..so I ask "May I speak with a manager?"..her response "How can I help you?"... my response: "I was wondering if I could speak with someone regarding sponsorship for a nonprofit organization?"... her immediate response "NO"... my response: "I'm sorry, no I can't speak with a manager?".. "No".. I said "Ok well can I at least tell you a little bit about my organization?" Charlene's response - with a snarky laugh.."No it doesn't matter because I'm not doing it and don't want to waste my time"... and gives me a look of disgust...I said "Ok then, wow.. you have a great night".. she walks off, turns her back to go to her fellow colleagues who were chilling in the back... to talk to them... keep in mind - no customers were visible. That was by far the rudest response and interaction I've ever received. I get it - not everyone wants to donate, but her attitude was not the culture of a Jos A. Banks employee.. especially manager at that. Crabs in a barrel..I give it one star because the store was clean.

The store manager Charlene is very pushy and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. It is almost too obvious she makes commission off her sales. I almost feel bad leaving this review because her trainee was very nice and helpful. I've purchased Jos. A. Bank suits before from other locations, but I've never been treated with such unprofessional manner. If there's one recommendation I can make, it's try a different location.

    The initial fitting was cool. The guys here fitted my son and I for our tuxes and helped us pick…read moreout a style that would match my wedding colors. They were friendly and we were done in about 40 minutes. What I didn't like was that the pick up date for the suits was 2 days before the wedding. Not only does that leave little time for mistakes, but why would I just be trying on my suit 2 days prior to my wedding? Why not have the suits a couple of weeks in advance, that way theres no rush, and no added stress to an already stressful time. They sent me a email saying that my tux was ready (no call, ever). I had to be in by 3 pm the next day to try on the tuxedo for anything wrong. Which was thursday and the last day of the week they will alter anything. I couldn't make it by 3 so I had to come the following day, and hope that everything fit. I had lost 25 pounds from the time of the initial fitting, and my tux was really tight. The associate said it looked great, but it pulled on me with every move. At this point i'm just to tired to argue, and i'm excited, but i'm ready for everything to be done with. The associate insists that he packs the tux back up for my son and i. He also gives me the suit for my best man. I walk out with 3 suits in hand, and when I open up my bag the next morning I have no shoes. I folded the pants after trying them on, and left it on the bench in the fitting room. Right next to the pants I put the shoes (size 16), which are very hard to miss. My ceremony starts at 1130. Their store opens at 10:30 and I couldn't get everything set up because I had to wait for them to open to go get my shoes. The associate said he had found them the day before, but nobody questioned why there was a pair of shoes left behind in the fitting room. I'm almost certain if they took the time to look into who left a brown size 16, somebody would've remembered. Its about 1045 when I get the shoes, and my venue was 30 minutes away in Pasadena. Needless to say our event ran behind schedule, and we had to cut things short to end on time. Then after having such a big day, you're required to bring the tux back the day right after the event. I bet they make a killing on late fees. I just had the biggest party of my life, and barely slept a wink, but I can't forget for 1 moment to bring the rented tux back the next day. They should give you at least a week. I mean whats the rush? I don't think I would rent another suit from this location. It's not my first rodeo with this company, and i've never had these issues. Only on the most important day of my life I guess.

Both of the suspenders came apart at the buckle end (see pics) after a few months of use. After the second pair came apart, I contacted the Suspender Store via email for refund or replacement and got no response. I followed up after a few weeks and Karie from the Suspender Store replied agreeing to refund the purchase price but only on one of the suspenders, she stated the other one was out of the warranty period. Note each pair had the same defect - the buckle came apart. One month later there was no refund. I followed up again with Karie who told me "Thanks for following up. It looks like it was sitting in pending. We pushed the payment through." This seemed like an untruthful excuse. I feel that if I had not followed up I would never get the refund. There was never a delay or 'pending' status when the Suspender Store was processing my payment to them. Also Karie refused to refund the original shopping cost I had paid. So I bought two pairs of suspenders, they were both defective with the same exact buckle coming apart issue, the Suspender store only refunded me for one of the two pairs. I experienced poor quality product and terrible customer service, they would not refund the shipping even though this was a defective product, and they jerked me around on the refund as I had to follow up several times and never would have received the refund they agreed to if I had not followed up. Warning when doing business with the Suspender Store, Poor quality product and terrible customer service.

As we enter, we are immediately greeted by the beautiful diva owner, Giovanna, who verbally directed us to the store layout. My compadre's browsed, but when Giovann noticed I wasn't delving into the clothing racks (i'm not much of a shopper), she came over to me and questioned me on what my 'style' was. Which left me speechless, b/c again, I'm not a shopper and am not the kind of girl who has any idea what "style" I prefer. So, she broke it down for me. "Tell me how you like to 'feel', not how you like to look". Thus began all of our journey into diva-hood. For the next 2 hours, we tried on clothes all while Diva Giovanna showed us tips on how to bring out our best features, how to pose in a way that creates the best pictures, and what looks would work best on our bodies...she even took pictures of us in her clothes to show us how amazing we looked. It wasn't shopping. It was an experience in celebrating womanliness! There is something for everyone in this shop (even a little dog and a piano), casual, fancy, REALLY FANCY... She will make you try on things you didn't even know you would look good in and she will style you. She will make you feel like a princess, and you will leave with clothes, jewelry, accessories that will actually look like your best self. Head to G shop to get your DIVA on!
