This Kohl's is in a good location, and is clean well stocked. There was plenty of staff around to help us find things we were looking for, and a lot of variety in nice clothing make up jewelry and anything else you might want. The checkout process was really quick and easy and parking was good. I find the prices are reasonable and the service is much better here than it places like Macy's. I will definitely come to this location again. read more

This is a good Kohls, but I like the one in West Palm Beach Florida better. Not that I needed anything but I came in to make a return and then spend the merchandise credit. It was not too busy. There were only three people in the customer service/returns line. It's well posted and we even had an employee come over and confirm we were there for Kohl's returns, because the Amazon returns was around the corner. I thought that was very kind. They have good brands to include Nike, Addidas, and Under Armor stuff. For women of any size there seems to be an adequate selection. But for the boys I wasn't as satisfied. They didn't have any Van's shirts (which is what I was hoping to exchange), but there was some shoes. I was able to get a few cute cammo girls shirts for our daughters and there was plenty of Christmas clearance. The store is clean, parking is easy, and they are spraying down everything after every customer. I was pleased with the level of precaution they are taking. read more

Your typical Kohl's store, lots of sales, and lots of inventory. Staff here are extremely helpful. I wish I remembered the name of the woman in the shoe department. Deena? Maybe? I'm not sure, but she had the best customer service and was so kind and helpful! Checkout associates are equally kind and were very helpful in teaching me how to use Kohl's pay! If you aren't a regular Kohl's shopper, you're missing out! If you don't have a Kohl's card, the sales probably won't be worth your while. read more

I ordered Vera Wang 600 thread count sheets. I have owned them for less than a month. After washing them the color became yellow from the pretty grey that I selected. The color literally washed out of the fabric. I completed a review on the Kohl's website for the product. Today I received a message that they would not publish it. They recommend that I contact customer service. I completed the review because I wanted to stop others from purchasing expensive sheets that do not meet basic quality standards. I am stunned that in our society...that corporations think they can silence consumers in favor of their profit. I am saddened to find this as their policy. Every business has a miss every now and then. The disconcerting part of this is a business model that harms the consumer. This incident says a lot about the way that the Kohl's corporation does business.... From now on....you should question Kohl's product reviews. I can tell you they are censored before publication. read more

Calm down. Take a deep breath with me... In and out... and in and out..... I know- I didn't click the wrong button. I gave the Kohls 4 stars. "But it's not a local business!" I understand it's not a local business "But it's just a mish mash of last season's cloths all disorganized" Not this Kohls, trust me. It's funny how a Kohls near you can be like going into a TJ Maxx (Aka Dumpster diving for one passible shirt) And then you go to a Kohls in Annapolis and you're like.... I'd actually shop here! First of all: Everything in the store has an electronic sign. The price is so clearly marked it hurts. It's like. I want to try all the other big stores in here and be like, " IF KOHLS CAN AFFORD TO DO THIS...." That's the first thing. Everything is so clearly marked. Then you get into the cleanliness of the store. Just top notch. Super clean. Even the dressing rooms. I went there for socks and even the socks were pretty good organized. Although at one point I was feeling a sock that was out of it's plastic bag. Cause someone tore that B open. NOT ME! I swear it wasn't me. But I made myself look real suspicious. Cause the attendant came over and I threw the sock down and went to the other side of the display. I didn't want her to think that I HAD opened the sock bag. I would never do that... I'm not an animal. I got my socks. I got a nice shirt. The cashier gentlemen was the MOST pleasant individual. He engaged me in a quick conversation about working retail. It was just a pleasant experience. If, I'm ever going to a Kohls, I'll wait till I'm out in Annapolis. It was that worth it. read more

It's been a minute since I've been in Kohl's. But Thats because I don't need another thing!! Kohl's during COVID is well organized, stocked, clean with preventative shields at cash out and spacing. Kohl in general: Hardly ever crowded except during the holidays. They have good sales here and offer great Kohl's cash incentives etc. I was unfortunately unable to cop what I needed ~this time~ but I guess I was late to the Fourth of July sale on appliances. Anyhow, they have a good mix of clothes for all, lounge wear, intimates, casual and career pieces; It's the easiest place to one stop shop I say, for gifts, home, kids, and or your partner, and or a little something for yourself. It's really a one level department store. Can't go wrong, and if they don't heave it in store you can always ship to store or home. read more

Now I know Khol's is relatively new to Annapolis, but they opened in JANUARY 2010. That's almost one year ago. How are they not on Yelp yet? I know... for the same reason that I have been here for nine months and this was my first visit here. It's just in a weird location. It's not out of the way. I think the Parole Towne Centre just kinda distracts everyone from looking across the street? I don't know what it is. I went for the Veteran's Day sales and was disappointed I didn't find anything but it's also because I really don't need anything. I love their deals and specials- especially for Christmas presents and in the kitchen, bath and gift sections. Go Khol's. read more

I bought a package of three but found when I got home there was only two in it. I phoned the store and they told me, "Someone probably opened it to look at one and didn't put it back. The best I can do for you is a ten percent discount." True it was a zippered bag and could easily be opened but a 10% discount on a 25% overcharge said to me, "Never go back." I think reviewers went too hard on this location, but hey, who am I to argue with the average reviews rating. The store was OK, I have been to better stores, I have been to worst, I think that averaging it with 3 stars will be fair. The staff here are very nice and really try to give you the best service, but even they can get exhausted from the amount of people coming in and out the stores each minute. And you know what they say about busy places: it is good, or it is the only option. OK store, they do their best. read more

This was a pretty nice Kohl's. Most departments very orderly (surprising for any department store on a Saturday afternoon during a major sale) and there were at least decent signage. Super easy to get in and out of the shopping center and plenty of parking too. As with most Kohl's, incredible deals to be had on clearance items - and double nice with the 15% off coupon my friend had. So a few extra items left the store with us in addition to what we stopped in for. One of the extra items was an immensely cute stuffed "Kohl's Cares" Kangaroo for $5 - the complete cost of which is donated by the store to charity. (note - have submitted a correction to Yelp HQ to actually get the business listed with the correct spelling of the name - the misspelled name someone added it as explains why others like myself can't find it when you search on yelp) read more

This location is by far my favorite Kohl's! The selection of items and cleanliness of this store is what keeps me coming back. I've been to other Kohl's stores where clothes are strewn around, nothing is in stock, and the workers are unfriendly-- but not at this one! There are always many registers open and ample parking out front. Half the time I'll be driving around in the area and stop in, forgetting my coupons at home. Kohls is my go to when I'm just out to browse, looking for something specific or just really want to shop! I swear this store has everything I could possibly need from clothes, shoes, household items to gifts for family. I was out looking for a chain for a charm I bought while on vacation recently and I had a couple of coupons (because they always have coupons) so while i was out running other errands one day i was excited to see this Kohls right where i needed it. I went in and noticed that the clothes area seemed more cluttered than others but it didn't bother me since i was on a mission. After taking two laps around the jewelry counter and not finding anyone to assist me I went to a cashier and had them page someone to help me. When she arrived to the counter I pulled out my charm and told her I was looking for a chain that wasn't too big for it to go on. Instead of being helpful and showing me chains the first thing out of her mouth was "you know nothings on sale right?" ummm ma'am I can read the signs (the Jewelry was buy one get one 50% off) and i was offended that she just assumed I couldn't or didn't want to pay full price.. I proceeded to have her pull out necklaces until i found one that went well behind my charm the whole time she huffed and puffed as if she didn't want to be there.. I am too good of a customer to the Kohls brand to be treated like that.. I have two awesome Kohls within a 20 mile radius to me.. I will surely not be back to this one! read more

I still think of this as the "new Kohl's", although it's been here just over 2 years now. I like Kohl's in general because of their great sales, Kohl's cash, and overall good quality of merchandise. However, this particular store has a big problem with customer service. On my last visit, I overheard the woman working around the fitting room actually yelling at a customer for taking too many items into the fitting room. Anyone who's ever been to a Kohl's knows that nobody ever monitors those rooms. When the customer said she's always taken that many items in, this employee actually said to her, "I didn't ask you and I don't care what you've always done, this is on MY watch". I was shocked! To top it off, the fitting rooms were in terrible shape....I know that people often leave clothes in the fitting rooms at Kohl's, but I'm honestly amazed there were even any clothes left on the racks for purchase, as piled up as the fitting rooms were. Maybe if this employee spent more time putting things back and less time yelling at customers if would have been in better shape? When it was time to check out, the shortest line was over 10 people deep with only 2 cashiers working. Nobody bothered to call and ask for additional cashiers, but I saw one employee strolling down the aisle in the general direction of the cash registers, although she didn't seem to be in any hurry to get there. She finally approached a register, but still took her time in opening it up, and then didn't even bother to announce she was open, she just stood there looking at the line expecting people to read her mind and know she was ready. I'm a firm believer that the staff behavior is a direct reflection of the leadership in the store, and I think it's obvious that the leadership in this store is in need of an overhaul. read more

The sole purpose of going to this store was to purchase two pair of Nike sneakers, both which are advertised on their website as being on sale under the 25% Nike product sale. OK... If they are on sale on the website, the exact same shoe must have the same price in the store, correct? Not at this store. The MOD said that they are not discounting all products and some are regular price... What is the Kohl policy on this? Why am I able to order shoes at a discount but I have to pay regular price if I pick them up in the store? I wrote to customer service and got a generic, thoughtless response that really let me know that they did not read my question in the first place. That's OK though. I will not shop at Kohls again. Also, I can go to the Nike outlet and find 10 times the selection! read more

One of the cleanest Kohl's I have ever been in. All the merchandise was systematized and the planogram was easy to navigate. Usually stores try to have you walk through a darn maze to find exactly what you are looking for, so you are forced to view the entire store on your mini journey to ONE thing. However, this storefront was clean, organized and manageable. read more

I'm likin' it... I used to think it was the a-sale-EVERY-day-store that just jacked up their prices so they could take 20% off of everything and have us believing we got a deal. This store works for me. Probably the most important reason is because it's not in the mall, which I dread. They have decent clothes and reasonable prices (I just shop for work clothes - business casual mostly), but their sales are all over the place. I mean that one day a sale will have a huge discount and another day it won't. These stores require that you follow their sales in order to maximize the amount of money you want to save, which, as a male, I don't do. I just find it easy to shop there to get in and out and avoid the high traffic mall or large shopping center atmosphere. I keep going back. read more

The store was alright, not the best variety in my experience with kohls. The employees were super friendly and wonderful, but the store was so HOT I couldn't even continue trying anything on. It's miserable inside. This is the second time I've come here and has to leave because of this. read more

What's not to like? They give you Kohl's cash for spending money in the store, clearance racks from 60 to 80% off, awesome customer service. This is by far my favorite retail store. Their prices are really unbeatable compared to other stores. I also love the fact I can make payments here with no problem and they can easily look up my credit card account when I don't have the card with me. read more

Totally vacant on the customer service. Buying fairly expensive Christmas ornaments with a friend....breakable ornaments. We were offered blank stares, a plastic bag and a return policy if the ornaments broke on the way home. Grrrrreeeeeeaaaaaat. This is why we are headed to Homegoods. read more

Kohls has a nice selection of clothes and housewares. I especially enjoy the seasonal home decorations they have. The selection of clothes is plenty and they have decent prices. The store is clean and there is plenty of parking. read more

Had a terrible time in the shoe department. Couldn't find anyone to help me for over 20 minutes and when she did help me she wasn't any help at all. Found Doreen D. Talking on her cell phone and she rudely told me to go find someone else because she was having a bad day. Made my shopping experience miserable. Never got to find any shoes. Hopefully if I ever go back there will be someone new!!!! Second time I found her talking with a man and she totally ignored me. They weren't doing anything that had to do with shoes!!!! read more

I shop here fairly often. The store is always neat and organized. They always have sales. The cashiers are very friendly. They inform you about coupons you can get at the register. I like the selection of merchandise. Overall good place to shop. read more

Bought two belts at Kohls. The prices were attached to the belts. One belt rang up at the correct price, the other at a higher price than the one attached to the belt. I pointed this out to the clerk who stunningly remarked that there must have been a price increase and I had to pay the higher price. Had to spend time at customer service to get the actual price attached to the belt. Weird experience. Check those prices as they scan then to make sure you aren't getting ripped off. read more

In and out in less than 20 minutes (the main basis for my rating. That, and because it was open at 9am, which several other stores weren't) for a pair of running shoes. More expensive than I like to pay, and selection wasn't the best, but it still worked out for me. read more

Everything is very clean and well organized. I do think that the kohls in severna park has a little better of a selection, but as far as keeping items where they are supposed to be and the store having a clean appearance this one is much better. I have heard though from a friend that used to work for kohls that this one has a little more theft of merchandise. read more

I like all Kohl's because of the great sales, Kohl's cash and overall good shopping experience. For those who gripe about the dressing rooms have obviously never worked retail for a large chain (we're not talking a boutique here) before. I have in my life and no matter how hard you work at maintaining the dressing rooms, people (women!) bring in 2 arm loads of clothes, try on everything (even the new underwear!), don't rehang the items on their respective hangers, and then leave everything in one pile in the dressing room as they saunter out without a thing in their hands, leaving you to clean up the massive piles behind her. So before you go off about an associate who was trying to enforce dressing room rules to customers (as instructed by most retail chains) the best she knew how, maybe you should really try to understand the hard work that goes on in the retail world first and put yourself in their shoes! Granted, maybe this associate should have said things in a more polite manner to the customer. But in no way was this associate not doing her job. This gripe was mainly to the poster who complained about the limit in the dressing rooms. read more

Well, usually I love shopping at Kohl's. Tonight I took my husband, who by the way never goes shopping, to Kohl's in Annapolis. He had never been to a Kohl's and I was eager to show him that there was no need to fight the crowd at the mall. To my dismay the store looked empty of any workers. We were in the men's clothing section and my husband said the dressing room was piled high with discarded clothing. He said it looked like a teenagers bedroom, so it must have been bad! We finally found a pair of pants and headed to the checkout. I would guess there had to be 20 people in line with one register open. Come on, this to me is just bad management. Needless to say, my husband refused to wait in such a line and we left the store without anything. Now I will never get him in a Kohl's again, or any store. I am so disappointed in Kohl's right now. read more

I was in the Kohl's Annapolis Maryland store today. I was returning a shirt I had purchased and stood in line at the customer service area waiting while the associate was helping someone else who seemed to be having some difficulty with their transaction. I asked another employee (female named Dayniele - wrong spelling) if she can do a return. She shook her head 'no' and gave me a blank stare. I did my return and was walking past the registers as another associate was helping a customer who had just walked into the store and had a shirt in her bag with the sensor still on. I saw the customer hand the other associate her receipt and tell her she had just gotten home and found a sensor on her item. Dayniele got involved and said loudly in front of the customer and loud enough for me to hear it "make sure she has a receipt and the shirts on it". To me that doesn't look good and if I was that customer, to me that would be the associate thinking I stole the shirt. I went about my business and unfortunately got stuck in Dayniele line, blank face again and no personality. She said 'hi' this time then made a fuss when I asked why the blanket I wanted to purchase was displaying 19.99 when the sign said 5.99. I wasn't happy with my experience today and will be hesitant to even want to go back to this location. read more
