Old Navy staff is professional and courteous. The store was well kept and in order. All the sales associates were eager to assist. One of the sale associates, Casandra, was awesome! I hope I got her name right. Well, she was extremely patient. She even assisted me in activating my Old Navy credit card for the 10% discount! She had a customer in front me that price checked and itemized everything. Casandra remain polite and respectful. I wasn't much better with the itemizing(lol). One can find some good deals at the local Old Navy. However, the staff takes the store over the top. Before I forget, you can get 25% off your purchases when you apply for an Old Navy credit card. Store just opened at Ten, I walked around for ten-twelve minutes and nobody asked if I needed help, nobody was available I suppose, then I watched them walk out of the back room. Also, I'm waiting in a line of 6 people, now 8 people and one register is open.... Nobody is coming for backup, and when someone arrives they are training while there is a long line of customers. Went to the Old Navy at the 2180 Rainbow Blvd location, and just had to give a shout out to Ms. Chris who was working the fitting rooms yesterday (thursday 9/27) afternoon. While Old Navy isn't normally my go-to store, I was looking for a particular item, and even though I didn't find what I was looking for, Chris went out of her way to be helpful, friendly and just totally awesome. I WISH there were more humans in the world like her...I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Yes - that is what Customer Service is all about. The best place for quick, easy and affordable shopping. I really appreciate the staff and there cheerful attitudes and helpful information. I also love all the cheap little goodies they entice you with, while you wait in line. I'm glad I do not have kids, or I'd probably hate them for putting these irresistible little bits of useless trinkets and prizes out there. I use them for summer flip flops, Fourth of July t shirts and beach/camping water toys. I also wind up getting pajamas for myself and as gifts. They're great. read more

Went in today 3/28 around 1:30pm to buy a few things as they have up to 75% off clearance winter clothing which is great but the customer service not as much. The cashier was talking to the customer next to me the whole time while he did his transaction and wasn't attentive at all. If that wasn't bad enough, as I was paying, she was complaining to the cashier next to her that she was done with the work day, didn't want to be there & she was done overall. I've been here a few times and for the most part the store is clean and organized. It's in the Best of the West Shopping Center which is located on the corner of Rainbow & Lake Mead. There are several other businesses in the center that I frequent so this location makes it convenient. Unless there is one of the crazy sales going (like the dollar flip flops), it's usually not too packed, which is where some of my frustration lands with this store. If there's five or six people in line, please call for backup to ring up the customers, because one person isn't enough, and you usually spend more time in line than what you were actually coming in to purchase. It's not an issue of staffing, because as you look around, it's clear that they have more people working there than some of the other stores, so this should never be a problem. Lastly, it's the Loss Prevention / Security people here that piss me off. Hey, skinny, geeky guy with the glasses, half the world knows you're undercover, which defeats the purpose of you working there. He must only catch young dumb kids because anyone who actually steals would spot him in a moment (I work in the LP field, and have been doing so for a looonnnggg time). And to the rather portly girl in the black security shirt that bounces around the store, calm down. You are not Robo-Cop or Judge Dredd. Do your job in a professional manner please. read more

This Old Navy by far exceeded my expectations. They had everything laid out and it was a pretty neat store considering a hard-core sale was on. I had a groupon which I wanted to use, so I found a couple things and then headed to check out. I showed the salelady my groupon, and she tried entering it in, and it wouldn't go through. She tried 4 or 5 times with no success. Then she voided the sale and tried it ALL again. And it worked. I forgot her name, but she was super nice at making sure she could use my groupon. Standing in a line a mile long at this place right now. This is my first and probably last visit. Granted, it's a sale weekend, but this place is such a mess it's impossible to shop. Everything is a complete disorganized mess. They do have five women on the register but they need more employees to keep the place neat. This store is a disaster. Ok in the front, but then it looks like a tornado hit in the back. You can't even search through the clearance items in kids because it is just a huge mess. This location of Old Navy is smaller than I first expected. The customer service was poor and the selection for my particular size is nearly impossible to find. They also have little knowledege on current sales that have been on facebook and other online resources. I feel that they need to be better stocked and more in tune with the customers. There were several staff members visiting amongst themselves and disputing the latest drama before noticing that my friend and I were ready to check out. I was very annoyed that the same pregnant woman that works their has terrible customer service and acts as if she doesn't have to run the register because of her condition, as if it were someone else's job. read more

The sale prices are excellent. However, the shopping experience was less than stellar. Store was unkempt; I get that it's a high volume sales week but no effort to pick up clothes on the floor and products left unstocked and disheveled. Employees looked annoyed with a permanent grimace. I felt like I was part of their misery & was being herded out with cattle. I work in the restaurant industry so I know the feeling but don't project on the guests. It may be the usual corporate mandate to choke labor so I will go easy on these folks. read more

I love this store! I order a lot of my clothes from Old Navy online because I have to order tall sizes most of the time. Old Navy used to have quality merchandise. No longer. For example, if you are looking for all cotton Tiny Tees which used to be an Old Navy staple and which we purchased dozens of in the past, you will find that they no longer carry them. They've replaced them with a poor quality synthetic that is so thin you're liable to be arrested for wearing them. (Even in Las Vegas. :) The race to the bottom in terms of quality is sad. This particular store is very depressing. It always looks like war-torn Bosnia with items thrown here and there. It is almost impossible to find your size. We shopped on a Wednesday and might as well have been at a flea market. The ambiance is post-garage sale. We left without buying anything and swore never to go back. read more

I walked in on late Halloween morning on a mission. I needed to find something for my 8 week old baby to wear. Halloween costumes for newborns aren't exactly easy. Granted my son is a chunker and could fit into 3-6 month clothes but I didn't want him uncomfortable and overheated in some stuffed polyester get-up. I wanted something simple and cute. As I perused the baby section, I noticed a pair of cute orange, black and white striped pants. Perfect. They were $6.50. I then saw an orange top but it was really more orange than I was hoping for. Oh well. Beggars can't be choosers when you're on a time crunch. I picked it up. It had a $8.50 price tag. I go to the front of the store and notice they have a clearance rack with Halloween stuff and it's an additional 50% off the lowest marked price. SCORE!! I find a cute white onsie which was perfect for what I needed. I picked it up and put down the overly orange one. It was marked at $5. I then noticed that they had adult sized shirts too and they were marked 97 cents. I decided to pick a couple up since they would be great to wear at home. The baby's just going to spit up on it anyway, right? I get to the counter and the little striped pants come out to be $1.47, the adult t-shirts are 49 cents and the onsie rang up at $5. I mentioned to the checkout associate that the onsie was on the clearance rack and she knocked that down to $1.47 too! How's that for customer service? In the end, I dressed my son in a cute Halloween outfit for $3! Can't beat that! read more

Went to this Old Navy on Sunday 3/13/2016 at 12:30pm to buy my niece and nephew some clothes for Easter. At the register I noticed that dome of the items were not the sale prices (that had signs describing clearly)were clearly still on the racks where I picked the shorts and shirts from in toddlers boys. The sweet cashier called an employee she was having check on the sale cards. Since she was busy i walked back to dhow the employee and the sign wad still there showing the sale. The Manager "says to me oh they probably forgot to remove it yesterday" I was so mad and said this is nit my fault its yours snd you should honor the sale price. She just told the cashier not to honor the sale price. So I did not purchase that item. The Manager just left the poor friendly cashier. Just be a Manager a do your duty Customer Service at least! Dont hide in the back of your store and leave your poor cashiers to deal with what you should be dealing with........RAIN read more

i was never really an old navy fan every time we have gone i feel like all the womens stuff is a lot nicer then the guys. but recently i have been buying my work shirts here and for $6 you cant go wrong and they last a while too i would say about every 6 months i get new one but i also wash it every single day. once again its like $6 so im very pleased. i have really become a fan of old navy. read more

Horrible customer service. Signs up all over the store indicating 40% off. I even stood next to an item discussing it with an employee while she helped me find the correct size and I commented what a deal. When I got to the register the cashier made other employees check every item if it was 40% off and then refused to give the sale prices saying things like oh not that style or only one particular one. If you have signs next to items you should be willing to give the customer what they are being led to believe is true. An associate even went as far as to pull a sign down and try and say no it wasn't there. Well funny since I discussed it with another one 2 minutes earlier. Old navy used to be a nicer store with better quality but has drastically changed to cheap quality and unorganized store displays. Makes me very sad. read more

This store is a complete mess. No proper communication. Called yesterday to inquire on swim suits and was given false information. Made me come all the way and was disappointed when it wasn't there. The sales associate who was working around 1.30 p.m called the wrong store and made me drive all the way to a different store. Was disappointed again to find out that the item wasn't there at the store. Tried explaining what had happen to the manager, Rachelle, about the situation but she refused call the sales associate to inquire what store, and who she talked with. According to the manager, the sales associate had gone home for the day ( 30min after I left the store ). According to the manager, there were two calls made to two different stores that day. I asked her to call one of the stores that I thought the sales associate might have called. The manager called that store and my item was there. The manager again gave me the wrong name of the person she talked to at that store. I called the store and found out someone else had put my item on hold. I frequently shop at Old Navy but I didn't have a pleasant experience this time. All this happened at the Craig location in North Las Vegas. read more
