All of these reviews are true if I could give this place zero stars I would I'm a returning customer that lives in Vegas and have spent a lot of money at this location, but for some reason the other day I got treated very poorly with staff and especially the manager, the manager is not friendly at all, and she treats customers with little respect if any none. She was very rude to me and had a very disrespectful tone and wasn't friendly at all, and then she tried to escalate the situation by calling security guards. When all I advised was for her to treat customers with more respect, I will not be returning to this location. It's very disappointing that this is the type of staff that they hire. I learned the clothes get rotated in and off the floor not necessarily sold out. She found my item in my size and gave a few extra pointers. The staff primarily walks around with go-backs and gives you a dirty glare. Don't try asking for help or a size at this location. Visited LV few weeks ago and went shopping to the Fashion Show Mall. I love going to their ZARA! I had a great experience again! So much fun shopping with girlfriends! Everybody was so helpful! Even the manager was hands on and advised on some shoes! I love shopping places where you can feel that people love what the sell! Even the line was worth the wait! Went to Zara's in Chicago, ( Michigan AVe). Wife purchased two small items and had sent to our home in KS. Upon arriving home the two items showed up along with two beautiful long winter coats and a scarf. Tried to contact Zara to no avail. Went there on 12/16/25 around 1pm. Got a nice coat and when we walked out the detector went off. I walked back to the security and asked if a security tag is still on or if he wants to check my bag. The young, African American security said "no, it's ok. It goes off all the time." I took his word for it. Tried to put the coat on today and guess what. The security tag is still on it. I can understand why so many customers are purchasing online versus in person. Zara is lacking in this area, and management does not care. Store manager at time Alan Fashion Show Mall Zara is our place to go when we know exactly what we want. So there is no looking around too long or any need for customer service, but when it is needed, it's usually good. Imagine this. Wife is looking at a dress, needs a specific size and the only available one is on a mannequin. Looked around for help and there was noone. Not a biggie. We've taken mannequin clothes before here, so I did. Unfortunately it was still a little big so I put it back on. Out of nowhere an associate walks up to us and says pervadom "You know your not suppose to take the clothes off the mannequin. That is not allowed. You guys should not do that." This while I am putting the dress back on and apologizing, then hear "Don't do that again" as the associate walks away. Hoping to address the associates approach and professionalism, we asked the greeter associate which later we found out was the security, for an MOD. We were told that he/she was on lunch, so we told security we will wait or come back. With that said, we decided to come back into the store to get a name and just address it with a call. What happens - We walk back inside the store and straight to the cash register. The associate that told us about the mannequin is now talking to security. Again no biggie. Steer clear of drama and go to an associate that is not going to judge us. While standing in line, the security asks us if we are purchasing anything. This is when wife tells him we are just wanting to get a name of the on duty manager. At this time 2 other customers are venting to us about their experience, so we're making good by not escalating and staying in our lane. This is when the security goes to the desk and this is when we overhear him telling the cashier that we were harassing and name calling the associate earlier with the mannequin. We get called to a register and this is when another associate actually took her time to look for management for us when asked. This is someone concerned for us, but as we following the associate, security is persistent in kicking us out, telling us to leave the store. If there was any escalation, it was because now we are being treated as if we took something, and I felt a way about that. This is when harassment from the security became evident. Let me tell you something, when somone deliberately makes accusations about other people to justify thier actions and then creates an escalation to get sided by other people by saying we are at fault, my integrity meter explodes. Just lies. The worse part of the experience is, when we finally got a chance to speak to the manager, Alan, his solution was "Unfortunately there are witnesses saying you escalated the situation" which when they watch thier surveillance video, we talked only to 3 employees and the only 2 that had a problem with us, was the security and mannequin associate. We just wanted coaching for her and the security as to how to approach customers. We live in a service state. If you can not handle it, you're in the wrong business. Conclusion - Get the shopping experience with the right attitude. Stores are open for the customers experience. One bad Apple can ruin it for the lot. The joke of it all, mall security had better respect for us than the store did. read more

I bought couple stuff and I used the 100 dollar gift card to pay for half of the total, after couple days I return one of my dresses because it didn't fit me and the cashier she refunded to the visa gift card by mistake which I throw that card away when I used it. When I talked to the manager she said I can't help you here and you have to call the customer service. I called them and they said the can't do anything about it. This Zara location's customer service is horrendous. The staff stands around laughing and joking, but when you ask for help it's as if you've gone and interrupted "their vibe." We returned to Zara - this time to pick up my ship-to-store order. My first visit was at night, just before closing and we had a great experience. I thought maybe our experience was so good because it was close to closing and few shoppers, so I was interested to see how the experience would be, mid-day on a weekend prior to Christmas. The store was extremely busy. The line was so long, it stretched back into the clothing displays. Luckily, we didnt have to wait in that line because the order was already paid for. As with last time, we had no problem finding an employee, who came right ovee, took oir information, got our box from the back and we were out od there in approximately 4 minutes flat. Another 5 star experience! Good job, Zara! Nice employees, prompt service, excellent packaging of my fragrance purchase. Nothing was damaged. This is a review is based on a return experience at the fashion show location. I ordered a light blue suit jacket with matching pants online on Zara's website. The suit jacket arrived damaged (seams were already ripped apart - it looked used and not new) so I looked up various ways to return - although time consuming, bringing back to a local store location was an option. I decided to go to fashion show mall to secure a return/exchange as I liked the jacket and just wanted a new one that didn't have the seams already ripped. The process for their returns are a refund for the old purchase, and a new charge for the replacement, which I wasn't aware. I was caught off guard when the cashier asked for a total amount I owed when I was expecting the next steps for the exchange. Not only was I surprised but what I found distasteful was the shipping charge along with the "exchange". The male cashier was polite and advised that the exchange would require a shipping fee ($5-$6) since it didn't reach the $50.00 minimum by 10 cents (jacket was $49.90 pre tax). You would think a refund for an unsatisfied product would not require additional shipping fees. Speaking with the store manager named Mary, Zara is unable to waive a $5-$6 shipping fee for valid exchanges. It was difficult to wrap my head around this as an exchange should not warrant additional fees. At the end of the day, it's honestly not an issue with the price of shipping - it's just the principle of a customer with damaged item(s) asking for an equal exchange instead of spending more for what they originally paid and asked for in order to receive what was requested. Mary didn't have a business card and also did not want to give out her full name and said it was due to company policy which was mind boggling. She was professional, however, she definitely did not show empathy to my concern or issue - so I left the store with disappointment and no suit jacket replacement. One star for the fact I left upset without an exchange or a solution I was happy with. An extra star for the sole fact I do like Zara clothes. They don't check ID for card purchases! My purse was stolen They used my card at Zara first for $66 and when they realized they didn't check ID they tried to charge $2,000!! How can you NOT check ID for such a large purchase. It was a debit card too. They didn't know my pin so just straight up let them run it for credit. This location just recently opened and the staff are pretty much still learning their jobs. There are tons of clothes and multiple floors. The fitting rooms are seriously slow. The store itself can be seen from the strip and is easily accessible by foot if stating at the Wynn or Encore or Trump. Prices are cheaper than Top Shop and the quality looks a little better. And with Covid they only allow a certain amount of customers in the store. I only gave 4 stars because of the long lines. They do not have enough registers open which is due to Covid. If I didn't see the service and how the store was run first hand I wouldn't have believed it ... it's a case study in how NOT to run retail and treat employees and employees treating customers. My wife needed to update her wardrobe and ended up spending about $700 here ... in spite of employees telling her they couldn't set up a dressing room, or hold clothes because management would yell at them. I asked initially where I could hang 20 or so outfits I helped my wife with and first they said they couldn't ... so I simply found a rack. Not more than five minutes later someone took the clothes from the rack and put them back on the floor LOL ... I asked - "So I should just stand here and hold the clothes?" ... and the response was, "Yeah. Management yells at us if we do anything else." LOL like actually help the customers. Crazy. One other floor person actually whispered to my wife as if he were in prison, "Management harasses me and I can't really help you even though I want to." Fin'g CRAZY. Who ever runs this dump in the equally rough Fashion Show ought to be fired. Obviously little or no retail training, service training, customer training. I get it. Retail SUCKS! It's hard and customers like me are a pain in the a-- -- ONLY because we're parting with hard earned dollars -- PAYING YOU for the privilege of it -- and want some sort of decent attitude for pushing crappy clothing made by slave labor somewhere. Instead -- head to White House / Black Market -- everyone there was happy, talktative, offered great service, suggestions and upsells -- and got an extra $500 or so from my wife she would have dropped to Zara.
