Neither parties must know what designer clothes sell for because I felt robbed. I "earned" back around $370 for: 2 Chanel Sandals (org $2600) 1 Valentino Rockstudd ($1200) and several items such as real leather dress, brand new denim and whatever else that was kept as I never received any kind of invoice. A Helmut Lang sweater was returned without a belt and Jill Sanders faux fur cardi with a huge rip under the arms inseam. The collection sells contemporary fashion and basic brands. Not sure it deserves "designer" status as stated. Owner seems to use the place as her own deals for shopping over the clients interest and seems to not have a handle on inventory and staff. I do not recommend this establishment for designer resale.

From the moment I entered I felt the saleswoman's eyes follow my every step. Started looking at the jewelry and the woman all but threw down the clothing she had in her arm and ran over to the counter where I was. She started aimlessly banging on a calculator. I was watching her and it was absolutely comical and so obviously an act. I let her continue for a bit. She never uttered a word to me while I was there. I had already picked up a brooch and had my card in my hand when she got to the counter. I finally told her that "I was, I was going to purchase the brooch and set it down and left. Never will return. Designer clothes - HA! I guess I wasn't dressed to her liking that day.

At Revolution, there are both new and locally-designed clothing as well as reasonably priced consigned clothes, shoes, and accessories that are in good shape. Whenever I go to Revolution, I feel good knowing that I'm supporting a cool local community store that gives back to the community. Pssst, don't be surprised if you're offered a latte to sip while you shop. There are toys for kids to play with too while you shop. This is a true gem of a store and White River Junction and the Upper Valley is so much the better for it.

My Customer pick up item was not in the bin when I arrived and we were assisted by this young man who looked through every single bin in the hopes of finding it and when he could not, he refunded the order with a merchandise credit and helped me locate the items that were on that order, even looking "on the dock" for one of the items when my size was not on the racks. This young man was friendly, apologetic and eager to help and made this bad experience better. I did speak to Manager Chris about this employees excellent service, so I do hope he was acknowledged as he deserves it.

We went through the toy section and were pleasantly surprised at seeing Leggos on sale with a table on which several unicorn Lego toys were placed next to a 30% off placard. We got several among other toys. Got to the register and the cashier rang one at full price. Upon our challenge, he started "apparently it depends on the unicorn". Take out or leave it. To put items on a table marked 30% off and then ring the item at full price is horrible ethics. Sadly, we have been assiduous Kohls customers, especially during holiday season.
