The customer service here was terrible. Cashiers were distracted with personal conversations that they forget to scan an item, even when i asked if they scanned it. I was in a rush, so when I came back, the item as i thought, happened to not be scanned. After even questioning them they were distracted in talking with other coworkers than providing the service needed. The selection of clothes for tweens and teen was okay but not amazing. I'm actually not a Old Navy Fan. More of a Gap Lover. This is my 2nd trip to this location and I love this store FOR CHILDREN. Children grow fast. Buying expensive clothing that you'll eventually donate is not cost effective. Last trip I shopped here for back to school and found the stock and sizes plentiful. Today I was able to score back to school clothes for my daughter at $4.99 a piece !!!!!! All clearance items but very stylish. The jeans I bought are Ballerina style skinny jeans which fit my long and lanky daughter perfectly. This is my 2nd time purchasing them. I also scored a beauty sun dress for $5. Perfect for the last hot weeks of summer and vacation next season. No one should have to break the bank for summer clothing. All in all I spent a total of $30 for 3 different denim washes, 2 tops for $5 and a dress. read more

I don't usually go to old navy but I needed some scarfs. I ended up buying pajamas, scarfs, and sweatpants that are nice and warm. The store was clean, I ended up going back the next day because I got the wrong size and their customer service was amazing. The young girl behind the counter was very professional. Masks are not require even thought the store was crowded but at this point, we all know the COVID risks, to each his own. I will be returning back. read more

I mean, it's close to home but it's definitely not the best location as far as Old Navy goes. They never have the same selection as the store at the Broadway Mall or The Galleria. The staff is friendly but things just always seem a little disheveled because of the customers not the staff. They do a good job trying to keep up with the mess that people leave everywhere! Also, the bathrooms in this location are not the cleanest and I have been there several times over the years, so it's not like an isolated incident. Fortunately, I was only stopping in for black leggings since I wear them almost daily now since I'm in between sizes!! Can't beat the prices for leggings here though!!! read more

Costumer service sucks. I waited on line and was almost next when I realized the online pick up was separate,( at the other end of the cashier table.) Without thinking I went there to pick up my order and realized I still had a return. I asked if They could do it and they said no, I have to wait back on line. REALLY??? Being in the customer industry for half of my life.... they shouldn't have expected me to go back online after I told them I was already on it. They could have easily had the register next to them ring me up after they were finished attending the customer they were with. It's just duhhh!! read more

Some of the managers and staff are very rude. Ive seen the managers walk around the store on their phone and have done nothing to help the customers. The place is a mess. Some staff members are very helpful. Ive been there a couple times and the cashiers were very sweet but sometimes the staff on the sales floor do nothing to help. Solid Old Navy store. It's a decent size and located in the Levittown complex. If you're looking to avoid crazy crowds, this is a good place. I love Old Navy. This place has realistic sizes and a lot of fun colors in your much needed basics. *TIP: If you're a coupon savvy person like myself, definitely sign up for their e-mailing list. I know... you probably don't want to get spammed but they have the best deals only through e-mail. I get them at least once a week with 20%-40% deals. What's better than that? As for the clothes, I LOVE their jeans, dresses and workout gear. Jeans: If you have a different body type and have a hard time fitting into jeans, try this place. They have sizes 0-16 (I think) and every length/cut in between. Dresses: Cute, colorful ones in the summer. Very reasonable too. Workout clothes: Love love love their spandex and running gear. Bright colors and breathable material. Overall, I can always find good clothing here and know that it won't burn a huge hole in my pocket. With coupons and in-store deals, it's a match made in heaven. Also... don't forget about $1 flip flop day, that's a winner in itself. read more

I will never shop at this store ever again, and I am on the fence about Old Navy in general. I came here on March 15th, 2013 and paid with my credit card. (The first time I used this credit card in over a year!!!) And wouldn't you know it, a week after I used this card at this old navy, I get a phone call from my credit card company asking me if I attempted to make several online transactions for hundreds of dollars with that very same card! The only reason I am 100% certain that my credit card information was stolen from this store is because this is the only place I have literally used this card in over a year. So if you want your identity and/or credit cards stolen... by all means... shop here. read more

Ok so i hate the holidays. I have no family and i had nothing better to do so i said fuck it i might as well go shopping. Even though i typically think anyone that shops on a holiday is a colossal yambag. Anyway,,Target was closed so i wound up here. Everything in the store was on sale. I found some really cute shorts for 15$ and some tops too. I also got some ELF makeup at the counter. BUT the reason this review gets 5 stars is because of Ben. He was my cashier and he was super nice and friendly with great smile. Ben i hope they cut you early and you got to go home and get drunk or spend it with your family. The store has average selection but I prefer the Babylon location. I shopped in Levittown today as it was closer to my other errands. The cashier was clearly annoyed that I had no return. She had no smile, had nothing pleasant to say (not even a greeting), and was outright nasty. The store was empty and it was first thing in the morning. Not a great way to start the day. She was unprofessional and rude. She should definitely lose the attitude AND the gum!! read more

The staff in this store is clueless, when i was there. Everything was a mess if there was any stock at all in my size. When i asked an employee for help, he came over, threw a few shirts around that i told him i already looked in...then he walked away never to return. i stood there like an idiot thinking that he intended to look elsewhere for the size i needed. thank you very little. never again. read more

Horrible experience this morning! First i was there just to exchange some shirts I had bought yesterday, NOT return, but exchange. I tried to find the correct size, but couldn't so I asked the Manager, which was manning the cash register, for help. With and awful sourpuss face she told me to find someone on the floor. I said ok..no problem, maybe she was having a rough day. So I went looking for someone, there was no one to be found, not even in the fitting rooms. I came back and said, "there's no one around", she told me, 'WELL YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR THEM"..ummmm WHAT??? First of all, I don't have to look for anyone, they should be on the floor, second I don't know who she had a problem with earlier.. at home or whatever, but leave that attitude there. Don't bring it to work with you!! I just took my business to the Old Navy in Hicksville which was a night and day experience. I feel sorry for the employees at the levittown store if she treats them like she treats the customers. read more
