When I asked her how that could be logical, she became very rude and spoke to me in a way that was very out of line and over the top. It was inappropriate and I think she should be embarrassed by the way she spoke to a customer. If I were her boss, she would be on the unemployment line today. I will not be returning and bringing any business to that establishment any more. AND I will be sure to spread the word amongst all of my friends, colleagues, acquaintances and PTA members.

But I wanted something nice for around $200.00. So he got me a couple of suits to try on .and remember there was so many different styles of suits to choose from. So I tried on a couple of navy blue suits.and he made sure it was the right size .this place has all sizes for small guys and big & tall that's a plus for us guys that are a little taller and not that big .so if you want a nice suit most sizes and colors for a decent price this is the place for you. They will also fix your size for you in the same day it will only take like a half hour to 45 minutes. They did my pants for me really fast. The staff is very decent and respectful and ambiance is nice and comfortable. So I would definitely go back there In the future

After a few moments an associate named Anka came over and was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for. Didn't rush me and stayed within my price range. Anka was excellent and very kind. I walked out with two Nick Graham suits for a very good price. When we went to the register our coupon had expired. But the woman behind the counter was very sweet and gave us 20% off with the purchase of garment bags. As well as let us use some phone coupons we had via text. They had a good selection, good prices and good service. I would recommend this store if you are in pinch for a nice suit. Some of the brands I saw and tried on besides Nick Graham were Joseph Abboud, Nautica and Cole Haan. My only small gripe is the store could use a little sprucing up/remodeling. Give them a shot. They sized him up, we left a deposit, and we received a text in a week for pickup, just like they said we would. Day of pickup -- the suit was tried on and it looked and fit great! It was due back in a couple of days, but they actually told us a day or two later was fine too. That helped!! Easy and painless experience. I'd go back for the next suit rental!

These are basic questions that salespeople ask in retail. When I went back to buy these items, there was no one at the register. I waited 5 minutes. Finally a salesman comes to the register with the customer and rings her up. I ask him to call someone to help me and his response was they are too busy. It's a management problem with untrained staff. Also went to get a belt the young woman who helped me was really nice and helpful.

I love to engage sales associate to see what level they are on. There's levels to sales and there's a developed skill for persuasion for closing a sales/getting a customer to buy or walk out empty handed or to make an actual purchase, one or more shoes. Sometimes it's the customer that knows whether they are buying or walking. Let me explain, briefly! A cordial greeting and offering assistance is key. You have to break the ice. I used to work for Bostonian/ Clark and Bakers Shoes. They had beautiful boots for women. Anyway- I greeted and broke the ice. The person said that they didn't have money to buy. Reading the potential customer - they were staring at the boots for about 5 minutes. I told her, it doesn't cost money to try on a pair of boots. Conclusion, she waked out, boots in hand. Commission sales mind you! On today 1/28/26 one sales rep greeted and broke the ice but did a relay to his associate. So I picked out the shoes that wanted to try. Levels - the customer comes in with one shoe in mind the sales rep should bring other styles close to desired shoe or another color. So I picked the shoes and made his job easy, very easy. One thing he did that I loved, he serviced me giving undivided attention and assisted me with putting on casual socks and help me put on the shoes. I had dress socks on and it gives a different fit. CONCLUSIONS-I walked out with multiple boots in hand. I basically sold myself the boots and scored $10 percent off. There are areas of improvements - if you greet the customer, seat the customer don't pass them off to someone else. Pro tip- aleays ask if there's a promotional sale. In my case. The promo was advertised. I'm a happy camper today willing to.... Inspire more, Yelp more!
