I ended up leaving with much more than just the dress because they had everything I have been looking for and searching for online- like a personalized piggy bank! The owners could not have been any more helpful, truly! They went above and beyond and had so much patience with me, as I thought through everything for her Christening. From the dress, to the socks and shoes, they helped me create my vision. I couldn't recommend this store enough!

I was in a rush, so when I came back, the item as i thought, happened to not be scanned. Pretty clean store.

I'm so glad I discovered this place while my daughter is young! I mostly was interested initially…read morebecause of clothes- babies/toddlers obviously outgrow them at a crazy speed. We check them out for winter jackets especially since those might be on the higher price point for kid clothing items- we've gotten jackets my daughter LOVES from here that hold up pretty well. Mostly have gotten shirts or sweaters in the $4-$12 range- some from stores like the gap which I didn't initially gravitate to for my kiddo but now do (at the actual store). They have the whole clothing area organized with clear signs of where to look (not like a Marshalls where it's all thrown together). I really love that they have toys too- not even for the buying but the selling. I joke I'm close to being a hoarder because I can't let go of anything.. so it's nice to know I can bring my daughters old toys and clothes here. I only tried to sell x1 so far but I was pretty disappointed for a huge bag they offered me $6.. I didn't understand the rationale when some of it should have been worth a little more. If you get that little as a trade-in, I maybe rather give it to a friend or someone on a fb group who needs it because the payoff/reward is greater but again.. at least this is an option! Also: Make sure you check when their buy back hours are so you don't show up with bags/buckets for no reason. Another tidbit: you may walk out with items you never expected to bring home (ie one time at checkout I was paying for clothes and before you know it a rocking ride-on toy sheep was being carried to my car Lol).

I was here shopping in the store and witnessed the salesperson turn down a young mother carrying…read moreone small bag of items she was trying to sell, along with her young baby in her other arm. It was a few minutes before 10am, and she was told the store took back too much and isn't buying any more items for the day. A few minutes after 10am (when they stop buying back at 10am technically) a man carrying 3-4 big bags of items walked in. They greeted him, as if he was a repeated customer saying it's been a while since he's been in. They didn't even hesitate to take all his items. I find this very rude and unfair to pick and choose what customers they want to take items back from and at what time it's convenient for them. This was also my third time coming in to attempt to sell my own items, with the prior two times being turned down as well. All times I've been there before the actual cut off time. They are very unfriendly, unkind, and not helpful at all. They need a new system of how much and when they buy back items, and also they need workers who will not pick and choose the customers they want to favor, and buy items back from.

I said no, but it's always been picked up over the last decade. The guy said well whoever did it before was not following policy. He was rude condescending and totally a turnoff. Fast forward I select the next pick up date and leave the bags there and label them and they never even came. Whoever is answering the phone over is rude at best and incompetent more likely. I enjoy giving to big brothers big sisters, but I will never give to them again because of the rudeness I was shown and not picking up the last time probably because of my call and dissatisfaction with the car service staff. The bins to peruse are just a hodge podge of odds and ends that may or may not be useful to you. Today I found a weighted heating pad, scale with BMI calculator, and a Belief cosmetics set. Even though I know my way around the store, two employees walked right past me without offering any assistance or even a greeting. Great products, but the customer service could use some improvement. Vine a buscar un vestido para mi hija y quedé impresionada con la selección. ¡Definitivamente la tienda ha mejorado con los años! Me sentí muy contenta con la variedad de artículos y los precios. The first and last time I went to a KOHL's was in Portchester NY around 2018, really quick in and out, no time to blink, that is how fast I was in and out of there. There is a huge parking lot with regular parking, handicap parking, and maybe a couple spots for pick up. Walking inside this KOHL'S in Levittown I am blown away. Absolute exhilarated! Mouth drooped open, mesmerized, giddy...you get the message. I am so shocked at all the fine quality of product, I mean, house wear to personal gear. (that rhyme was for the poets). I saw so much stuff in the kitchen section, and I priced a rice cooker so that I can start cooking my Quinoa. I was going to order one from the huge "A." Now I don't have to! I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? I realize you all may have been there but let give praises, I am excited.... LOL. This place reminds me of Bed, Bath, and Beyond combine with Kmart, JCPenney, and Cuisinart, merged as one unit. I can't wait to come back with extra time to shop because time did not permit today. My plus one came to pick something up and the representative was so helpful. She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2. Meeting customer satisfaction- satisfied 3. Exceptional customer service- satisfied 4. Exceeding customer expectations- satisfied Inspire more, Yelp more!
