I used to shop at Primemark when visiting the UK. I am obsessed with their ped socks which are non slip, pretty, and comfortable. They also have a great variety of PH sets for women and casual clothing. The prices are great. An English Target for clothing, accessories, and outerwear. My favorite rain jacket was purchased from the Roosevelt Field location, it came in a pouch that fits in my handbag. Great for kids clothes as well. I have never walked out empty handed. I am expecting the store to be crowded on this Saturday afternoon but was not. Was it because of beautiful weather that shopper decided to be outdoors? I like the store in a way of its merchandise fashionable sense in bargain prices. The product quality is low to my expectation but acceptable for the equivalent pricing. I enjoyed browsing the place. I like the inexpensive merchandise in this store. I purchase a few cheap items from time to time...and the quality is generally ok. However, this store is being run into the ground. Today, a half hour wait to pay, (about 20 on line) as only two cashiers working, while several people in Primark shirts wandered around, including two managers. On my way out I stopped and asked one of the manager people if they could pay more attention to checkout...and he said...'oh we called some people'....a day late and a dollar short. I tried to exchange a jacket since it was the wrong size and it was not used. I had thrown out the receipt and thought I could just show them the transaction in my credit card. The cashier called the manager and the manager told me I can go up and find the right size then come back. When I returned the manager said I couldn't do the exchange. I spent a lot of time looking for the right size only for the manager to say the I couldn't exchange without the receipt. read more

This is one of the only "fast fashion" stores I don't feel guilty shopping at because they use a LOT of recycled fabrics and things like organic cotton. Also, their clothes are more substantial than similar clothes at the same price point. I've been shopping here for many years in Ireland and I'm so glad it has come to our shores. read more

Sorry to break it to you not every person who comes in your store has the intention to steal. Every where I look I see an employee pretending to be working in the aisle I'm in. I don't like that. This was one of my favorite stores...until my experience with them today. I wanted to exchange three sweaters. I want to size up from a medium to large. I bought the sweaters just a few weeks ago. And they refused to let me exchange them for a size up because I didn't have the receipt. So not only, can't you get a refund (which I kind of understand) but they won't even let you size up without a receipt. Never wore them. They have all the tags. That's a ridiculous policy. No other retailer has that kind of strict rule. And it's not as if they even offer to email you the receipt. If you lose a piece of paper, you are out of luck. Very anti-consumer. Glad to see Primark finally opening up in my neck of the woods. I was happy to see when locations opened up in the US years ago, but they were always far to travel (Brooklyn, Staten Island, New Jersey or Connecticut). I came across this store years ago when I was traveling in Edinburgh, Scotland and in London. They have a good selection of products from clothing basics, seasonal items, home decor, travel, beauty and accessories. I went shortly after they opened and there was a decent selection of items. The location size isn't the biggest one I've been to, but is very well stocked. It is two floors of shopping with women's clothes, beauty and accessories on the main floor and the men's and kids sections on the second floor. They have branded items such as Disney, Hello Kitty, or sports teams. At the time they also had Christmas themed items that made great gifts. This past visit I stopped by recently they had seasonal items and clothes already discounted deeply where you can get some items as low as $5. I'm general the quality of the clothes are really good, yet it will not burn a hole in your wallet. They have two sections for checkout. The left side is for those paying with cash, wants to pay with a person or returns and the right side is self-checkout by credit/debit card only. The self-checkout side requires you to scan your receipt to exit the area. In addition to this store there is also one that is going to open in Green Acres Mall soon. read more

First experience shopping here was extremely negative and degrading. Affordable prices are NOT worth the disrespect you may encounter at this location. Security manager instructed staff to follow me to the food court and force me to return to 'check my receipt'. Wrong doing on their part, confirmed by management. A clear abuse of power towards the Primark employee and myself. I went back only for him to tell me I didn't scan the items his preferred way! Total BS! Nasty attitude and over-excessive in his job obligations. NEVER received an apology for his mistakes. Will not return if this situation isn't handled properly by Primark & Roosevelt Field security. Recently was gifted two winter jackets for my toddler and infant. Both were a size too small, so thought it would be ideal to try and exchange them for a different size. Now, keep in mind both jackets had the price tags secured on them. When I went into this location, I was met with a completely uncalled for attitude by the store associate who was clearly miserable with the fact he makes minimum wage for a living in an area where that just doesn't cut it. Was told rudely that they would refuse to exchange the items, DESPITE the price tags still being on them. Asked to speak to a manager and was told to "buy something or get out." Safe to say I will never shop at any Primark location again. Neither of these workers should have jobs in customer service if they can't properly serve a customer. The customer isn't always right, but when the tag says Primark, it's a safe assumption that's where they came from. read more

I was in there last week and bought a few wedge slippers, great quality and comfort and steady, so went back with my mom and she spent over 200 dollars. although most of all the employees where great and helpful, im sorry very helpful and friendly . and the Manager was great as well, Atida, and sales rep, Alexandria, and John was super friendly and well mannered, and Jeffrey the cashier..
