I don't live right by an Old Navy, but I live a similar distance from both this location and the Southglenn one. The merchandise is well-stocked and reasonably organized. The staff are pleasant and friendly for the most part. It's conveniently located right off of I-25. Last time I was here, I found some amazing deals on clearance including a dress for $2.97. But there is a downside. There is ALWAYS a long wait here. I have shopped here on Saturday afternoons, Sunday nights, after 7pm on weekdays, and probably other times as well, but the time and day don't seem to matter. There is a wait and a line every time. I get that it's a busy location and waiting in line at retail stores is generally par for the course, but the wait time just seems excessively long. Last time I was here, there were two people being checked out and one person ahead of me when I got in line. I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes. Another time, I lost track of the time I spent in line because it took so long. This Old Navy could definitely benefit from having another cashier or two, especially on the weekends. I really like this place. We shop a Banana Republic a lot more. Old Navy has some great sales at the time. I am waiting on that promotion where they give you a plastic bag and whatever you can put into, there is a 15% -20% usually. They need to hire a few more cashiers at times though. Trying to find someone on the sales floor is sometimes difficult. The t-shirts are great, they usually have a lot of things in sale. I stopped in with my daughter on Sunday to pick up some necessities (will she just stop growing already, ugh..). The store wasn't terribly busy and we were able to get our shop on. She picked out several pairs of pants and shirts to try on. There was a bit of a bottleneck in trying to access the dressing rooms because of clothing racks pushed so closely together right at the entrances. We ended up leaving with 4 or 5 new outfits for her. The staff at the checkout counter was friendly and trying to get people through as quickly as they could which I appreciated. Prices were good but the place was a MESS. The store didn't seem super busy, but there were clothes strewn everywhere! Piles and piles of shirts and pants all over the place. While decent deals probably exist, you'd have to spend a significant time wading through piles of unorganized items to find a needle in a haystack. This Old Navy is pretty picked up most of the time. Their clearance is generally pretty well stocked. One complaint is the check-out line. Usually I have to wait 10-15 min every time I check out. Of course, there are a few times it was shorter than this, but it is few and far between. Lastly, employees at this location are pretty average. You definitely get what you pay for here, but an extra star for service and selection at this store. This is a great stop for growing kids (though beware the quality may not even last an entire school year- I won't buy jeans here). Or for those times where you hate everything in your closet, and need something new but can't really afford to go shopping (Ladies, I know you feel me on this!). I also find it great to peruse the clearance racks for everyone in the family just so we can all get something new though it may not last very long. I attempted to do the buy online and pick up feature thinking that would help me get what I wanted without having to dig thru the piles they have throughout the store. I never received the pick up confirmation but my card was charged. I was told by the kid working there that he didn't have any orders for me and I would either have to call old navy or dispute the charge with my bank. Very disappointed. Old Navy has prices that cannot be beat! I have gotten t-shirts and henley's for $5-$10. Yesterday I bought a couple of v-neck sweaters for $10 each! If you are on a budget and can't afford Gap or Banana Republic or other stores like that, Old Navy is a good alternative. The only draw back is the quality. You get what you pay for. The clothes do not last long. They are made of cheap, thin material. Having said that, at those prices, you can expect to replace clothing once a year. read more

Although well-stocked, this store was filthy upon opening. Dust bunnies the size of small dogs were visible under many racks and displays. The bathrooms were absolutely deplorable with peed-on toilet paper in the men's and full waste bins in the ladies. My in-store experience this week has been frustrating. I spent over $500 and received no Super Cash. Super Cash is available for use tomorrow. The cashier said they didn't have any more printed vouchers so I couldn't have any. I called Old Navy and was placed on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. The woman in customer service said she couldn't help me but that I must return to the store to ask for my Super Cash. I feel frustrated. She said she would transfer me to a different department but that the department I need won't be opened until Monday. I do understand that. However, why can't vouchers be sent to my email account on file? I have my receipts for proof of purchase. The sales are great, the products are great but Super Cash is part of the reason why shopping at Old Navy for back to school clothes is worth it. I was here yesterday Christmas shopping with my toddler. He has autism and sometimes gets frustrated in unfamiliar places so he screams. I was told by a fellow shopper that one of the staff (Jorian) laughed at the sound of my son screaming and said "looks like we have a dinosaur in here guys" and two other associates laughed along... I did not find this funny. So when I confronted him and asked him if he said he rudely said no, rolled his eyes and walked away. I asked for the manager and another associate called her up for me and she was very understanding and professional. Im very upset that my child and I had to experience this type of ignorance here ESPECIALLY considering that I actually work for one of the sister stores in the company. I hope that this manager will seriously consider retraining this staff member (Jorian) and others that laughed (I didn't get their names) on sensitivity and not judging situations before they know FACTS!! Old Navy is definitely one of my fav's. I mean, you can't get good quality flip flops 2 for $5 anywhere else. And their winter sales are amazing, and if you're lucky they'll run a Groupon around the holidays which really helps cut down holiday shopping costs! I have a rule about when I'm spending money.. and that is I shouldn't have to go out of my way to give you money. They used to have changing curtains called "quick change". But they got rid of them I don't know if it is because of theft or something else. But honestly stuff at old navy is like 3 cents who would steal from them. Anyways I had a bunch of stuff in hand but needed to double check my size in old navy size but all their dressing rooms were full of people putting on a fashion show or something.
