This is some of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. We went in to get a complete suit for my daughter's wedding. The entitled jerk that helped us could not have been more condescending and just a real jerk. He treated us like we were children and were scolded when we wanted to try on the pair of socks that we were BUYING with the shoes that we were BUYING. He literally took them out of our hands and set them to the side, even after us telling him we were buying them. This guy would not listen to a thing we said. I understand that we came in wearing shorts and tee shirts and maybe not looking like we could afford to be in there, but they were wrong and lost out on what could have been a very good sale for them. We will never go back and I'll make sure all my friends and family know not to go there. It's just mind blowing how poorly someone can treat you when they are supposed to be there to help. We ended up walking out and going to another store where we were treated like humans and got everything we needed and got to experience what real customer service is like. Thank Men's Warehouse!! I would recommend you avoid this store for rentals. We spent $280 on a rental for my son's prom suit. The buttons popped off before the pictures were even taken. When I went to return it, they said, "Well, they probably should've done a better inspection before leaving the store." My husband and I went to this store yesterday. There were two other customers there. One was being helped by the older gentleman who's always there. The other was looking around without being helped. We thought maybe there was only one person working but then another employee appeared from the back. We weren't greeted when we arrived nor did either employee tell us they'd help us as soon as possible. After looking at suits on our own for 15 minutes and being completely invisible to the employees, we left. This is the same experience we had three years ago. We were ignored and left empty handed. This store could be much more profitable if they had employees who cared about their job. Then again, the older gentleman has worked at this store for many years, receives unfavorable feedback in Yelp reviews, and still has a job here. I guess he gets the last laugh. Pathetic. read more

Was told there was availability for a walk in appointment (free for the next couple hours) "just come on in and we can help". I arrived 10 minutes after calling and they asked for my group code and then said "perfect, if you come back after 5pm we can assist you there is only two of us here right now, just in case anyone else comes in we want to be prepared".... there was nobody in the store for the 10 minutes I was in there with the next appointment in a hour. Workers are slow, nearly asleep, and have no idea of what is going on around them. read more

On June 28th, we purchased a suit, a sports jacket and a pair of slacks for $460. Alterations were necessary. When we came back to pick up the clothes one week later, there was a sign offering military active and vets 25% off. My husband is a vet and we asked it they would honor the discount since we hadn't yet taken the clothes home and were told no, the transaction had already processed. I was shocked at their unwillingness to modify the transaction with the adverised discount. I would be unwilling to buy from them again with this policy and two-faced attitude towards their military clients. read more

Would give this negative stars if I could. Do not shop here. This place is actually a scheme. Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is truly not even an element of their training. Very much excited to never involve myself with them again. I went in for a fitting. They wrote down my measurements and then said I would be fine to pay upon pick up. This was not the case. I found out from the groom that my suit wasn't "committed". Then had to call into the branch to get them to commit the measurements which took about 30 minutes. I additionally had to then call a different customer service line to pay for the suit as I have to pay to have the measurements fully committed. I sat on the wait for about 30 minutes before I talked to anyone at this customer service arm. I then get told the total is $280. So I ask for a discount because of all the wildness. They give me a discount but apparently the discount they give me is the rewards equivalent without letting me know or informing me of a rewards program. Now I call in again and someone gets me more refunded back but still not nearly enough. I cannot wait to never use this company again. Please teach your people about the process your customers are going though. I was uninformed the whole way. Not explained a thing. This is largely the first experience I have had getting fit for a suit. People need to know the process not find out what is happening on the back end. My husband and I walked into the store and were greeted by an older man. We showed him shirts that had been ordered online in size small. Told him that one fit and the others appeared to be missed marked. He was ruder than anyone has the right to be! Yes the tags had been removed ( they had been gifts) and they were bought at the end of last season. That being said, when we got home my husband looked at the box and there it stated that returns past 90 days were eligible for a gift receipt. It's NO WONDER that the stores in Colorado have been closed! We have never been treated so rudely by anyone before!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and it starts at the top the manager is a scumbag. I tried calling a few days before my date of pickup bc of a time sensitive matter (wedding) talked to this guy Joe and he asks me what the date on my tag says. I tell him my date 7/2 and without hesitation says it's not done. It will be done on the date. Basically wouldn't check. Ended up calling back same day and the manager answers and tell me my suit is done. Customer service ain't what it used to be and I will never be returning to Jos A Bank. read more

If i could give 10 starts i would. Chase was nothing but helpful, guy seriously went the extra mile. I had to order 2 suits for the wedding party and they didn't make the right size in his color. Chase went and found the same color shirt in a different style to make everything still match. I was nothing but pleased and i barley had to do anything he handled it all. I called to ask about any upcoming sales, since my last suit I bought down in Texas was incredible and was in love with their customer service. WHAT A JOKE this place is. My fiancé and I made an appointment after calling this location last week to get fitted and check out tuxedo options. We walk in where a bald gentlemen and the taller gentlemen with a beard eventually asked why we were here and we explained for a 5PM appointment fitting. Him and the bald gentleman then went on for 5 minutes about "who" should take us or "go to lunch" while we stand there awkwardly. Feeling like a burden, he goes over to the book and says he has nothing in store to show me for tuxedos, it's all online and says he can maybe measure me and order something from the book and try it on two days prior to the wedding. Then goes to explain to me "why" he can't carry multiple tuxedo options because it's not good business in the most condescending tone. Like relax, you work at a store. We left right after and the reviews before mine clearly show this place has the worst customer service ever. The fitting section was doing measurements to other people and so even if we wanted to get fitted, couldn't have. Let me ask, what's the point of calling the store last weekend for the employee to tell me "the best experience is to make an appointment to guarantee getting fitted and have a personal experience". That obviously does NOTHING seeing I couldn't get fitted and my personal customer service employee sucked. As we get to the car, we see him getting into his car to what looks like smoke a cigarette. Real winner. Happy to have an appointment at Mens Warehouse tomorrow where I went in last week and was a much better experience. read more

This store has the best tailor in country and world I think, his name is Kobi. He really knows his job, also his suggestions are in place, also I would trust him on recommendation for how to dress and what to pair. My son's prom is coming up and we came in 30 minutes before closing and we took up a lot of his time, he was so patient and we he stayed no problem after hours to help us with alterations and choosing the right outfit. I am so glad that company has hired such a good tailor with experience from England (10years) to perfect anyway good quality suits! read more

Ordered a custom suit for my wedding, after receiving the "finished" suit from the store and trying it on it fit like an old potato sack I found in a trash can. Given the experience from the in-store employee on my previous visits there was no chance I was taking it back for round 4 of fitting. Ended up having to take it to a local tailor who told me he is going to have to completely tear it down and re-cut the suit to fit me at a cost of $430.00 (almost the same cost as the 1905 custom suit I ordered) Went back to the store to see if we could settle on a reimbursement, was told to go pound sand and they didn't really care. One positive note, I ended up calling the customer service number on the website and was able to work with Alex who was very helpful and will be getting refunded for the tailoring costs (well see). This will be my 3rd suit from Jos A Bank and the other two have been great. I honestly think its just this store. From the very beginning I had bad feelings just based on how they keep the store, very unorganized and visibly dirty for a store that sells business and formal attire. Go to another Jos. A. I went in with my boyfriend and his brother so they could get fitted for a rental suit. We walked in an an employee is wondering around the front holding a vape in his hand and visibly very high. We unfortunately did not catch his name but it's took him about 10 minutes to put the vape away and when my bfs brother went to try on clothing the employee was nowhere to be seen and smelled like he had been vaping. While checking out, the employee had to ask my bfs brother four time what he's email was even though it had been written down and said to him slowly four times. If you want to smoke go ahead but it should never be allowed in a work setting and frustrating to see the manger has not taken any action. read more

Horrible!!! Needed a tux for a work event, they have ZERO selection in the store to look at. Just pictures behind a glass table. Was going to try and match the tie with my dress but they have no swatch samples, just a poorly put together book of color representations. Are you kidding??? Decided to not gamble and went with the gray paisley. The pants they gave him to try on were a baggy mess, I commented on the poor fit and he quipped "I'll order a slim". Well, we just picked up our tux and the pants look terrible, still baggy, can't cinch it any tighter and still loose. Oh, and we ended up with a solid black vest and a paisley tie and pocket square. Is that the new look to not match those??? Really a bad experience all around, would recommend finding another place to rent a tux. read more

This was the single worst suit rental experience we've ever had. My fiancé rented a suit for our wedding, when he went to pick it up 3 days before the wedding--it was the wrong suit. Prior, he had gone in for measurements. He had to go back twice because the store computer system was down. When we had a groomsman try to rent a suit in another city--no details had even been loaded in the system. Then, the day before the wedding, we had a friend pick it up the "correct" suit and bring it up to our venue--2 hours away. Just before the wedding, he put on the suit and the pants were 4 inches too short!!! Since it was our wedding day, he didn't have a choice but to wear them. We had a friend on site release the hem to make them better, but they were still awful. Additionally, the bow tie he ordered was not in the bag. One of our groomsmen returned his suit two days after the wedding and was charged a "late fee." There should have been no fee because the original rentals weren't given to us on time! He refused to pay it and was told if he didn't pay the fee, he couldn't leave the suit. He had to leave the suit on the counter and walk out. In total, we rented 7 suits and it was one distaster after another. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE anything of value from This location. The corporate company is taking responsibility for the defect but the managers at this location refused to assist in any way possible. They sold me a very expensive suit that had an obvious defect within weeks of purchasing that they state is external and not their issue (again, after sending pictures and speaking with the corporate office they have identified it as a common issue and are replacing the suit.) Manager was rude and stated "ya, they screwed you on that one" before even asking to see if there could have been any issue with the suit itself. I am a professional individual that purchases suits on a yearly basis, I take care of and regularly upgrade my suits so I have a tendency to be picky about where I buy them from. I thought I would try Jos A Banks for once and have been severely disappointed by the quality and service. read more

This is a great store! Easy parking and it's never over crowded. Eli is the Manager and he is a customer service king. Before I stopped in I checked Yelp and he was named in other reviews when he was working at another Denver area store. Well, luckily he works at the Englewood store now. Eli helped me get all 4 of my suits altered that I purchased over a year and a half ago from an Austin store. They sat in my closet a long time until I finally noticed the cuffs on the slacks and realized I prefer non cuffed slacks. He measured me and also found an ideal length to be 1/8 inch longer along with the cuff removal. When someone pimps out your suits for free.....Priceless! I am absolutely amazed at the level of customer service on this one. My new job necessitates the wearing of these suits now and it's so nice to have a sweet clothing lineup ready to go. I could have easily been stuck with at least $100 in alterations because it was on me to bring it up sooner. Easy button worked here and that's a rarity these days. I would recommend giving this store your business if they carry what you like. read more

Andrew R. took our initial phone call and had a selection of appropriate suits ready to try on by the time we reached the store. Less than an hour later we walked out the door with suit, tie, shirt, shoes and belt. You'll consistently find sales associates smoking in front of the store, only to walk in shortly after customers arrive. Some associates are professional and very helpful. I hope this location can learn to become more polite to its customers. The staff was unwilling to help,and expressed a genuine disinterest for understanding consumer need. The staff had knowledge,but attempted to hold that knowledge above the head of the consumer while the consumer attempted to poke and prod around until that knowledge was revealed in a snark manner. When it comes to finding your order or making a return the staff suddenly have no idea what is going on, and will often be unable to help you beyond anything as simple as a in-store purchase for items in stock. Walt or wally was the most frustrating, while Eli was actually a nice and helpful guy. Like I said the knowledge is there, but these staff members need to brush up on how to hold a basic conversation and exude politeness as well as be trained properly on the stores ordering system. this location could use new management!! Andrew aka Mark so called manager in my opinion is racist, rude and completely not interested in helping someone of mixed family. We registered our wedding on their site, made a appointment to get fitted for tuxedos. Andrew told us he could get our party fitted in an hour or so and to go in on a Tuesday which was the least busy day. Once we arrived, he made it a point to take his time with other customers. Once he started fitting the groom it took him almost an hour because he would rudely leave our fitting to attend to customers walking in and making it his mission to make small talk to keep himself from finishing the fitting, while other associates were available to help walk in customers. We were only 10-12 feet away and could hear the conversations. After being there for almost 2hours and the other employee who continually kept motioning Andrew to finish our fitting, and only the groom fitted, we decided to leave the store. Andrew aka Mark came over to say he needed to help customers before he could finish fitting. Not once did he apologize for his rudeness or lack of interest. I am Hispanic and my finance is White. People be ware if you are not of his liking, please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere as Andrew will not be interested in your needs or business. read more
