She didn't even say hi had an ugly attitude and was the most unhelpful employee ever. If you have an attitude like that, don't work. my mom and I came up and we asked her why the item had two different prices being the same exact thing she didn't know we asked if she can call the manager and to her face we told her she was rude and she goes I don't appreciate that, too bad, how about treat your customers with respect? I have started coming to this Old Navy because I moved to the area in the last four years and I have to say every single time I come in here. I am very fortunate that regardless of the day of the week and the time that there is either never line or that there is a very short line. And any single person that I have interacted with you for a purchase or for return has Barr been super friendly super professional and very helpful. The chubby brunette girl working at the register tonight was so cold and rude (Tuesday March 25th, 2025). I don't know who pissed in her cornflakes, but that is really no way to speak to customers. It wasn't even busy. I was extremely polite and greeted her and she just looked up at me and grabbed my stuff I was returning and barely said anything besides asking for my phone number. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I didn't catch her name, but maybe she should get moved to the backstock room or somewhere where she does not need to interact with humans. I went in one day to shop while I ended up running into one of the managers Maria, I decided to ask about their credit card and she just decided to start shoving it down my throat. She just kept on going up to me asking if I was considering getting the card. As I kept shopping I overheard her tell one of the cashiers to push as much as they can to this one specific customer which turned out to be me. At the end I didn't end up getting the card due to feeling harassed by Maria and hope no one else has to feel like that while shopping anywhere ever. read more

I had two wonderful ladies helping me find my son a jean for his birthday. They searched their inventory and found the exact jeans my son wanted and it was on sale!! Yay. The sales associates are always so cheerful and helpful. Warm and welcome gesture with nice smile on face. Nowadays hard to find such positive attitude from customer service standpoint. Service was very friendly in men's and women's departments. This is a great place to shop. They have a great selection of all types of merchandise from men, women and kids clothing and shoes. While this Old Navy is convenient to me and the employees are always so kind, the registers are woefully understaffed. It's rare to have a visit here be a quick "in and out" kind of thing because the wait can be pretty long. I even tried out the online ordering/in-store pick-up option to see if it would be any faster, but it was actually worse. I wound up waiting in the same line but their scanning device for the online orders wasn't working, so it was still a wash. read more

Okay, so I may be a TEENSY bit biased about my love for this Old Navy, given I grew up down the street/going to the OG Randhurst. I worked at the Old Navy (t)here from 2000 until it closed (, then moved to Arlington Heights, and subsequently relocated back here following the remodel). That said, I've been here with both my friend/former Old Navy coworker to shop, and also on my own to (primarily) do returns. When she's in town, my friend and I look here more for Chicago sports team tops than anything else. The store has been updated and has always been clean and well-stocked when I've been in. Returns are done quickly and, for the most part, efficiently. Today was a returns day! My first online invoice included multiple GAP items and 1 Old Navy item. The cashier, who seemed seasoned enough, said he couldn't locate the single Old Navy item. I pointed it out as the last item on the invoice, and he stated it wasn't coming up when he entered the information. I suggested the size code "0204" (Medium Tall)... he didn't say anything, but a minute later said he was "able to do something to override it." Erm, whatever you say. :) He handled the rest of my returns quickly and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Not too shabby. FYI, this store runs a story time the first Thursday of the month from 6:00-8:00pm. Yay for reading + community involvement! Bring the kids! read more

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at an Old Navy store. I had not one, but two employees greet me during my visit (which is rare anywhere). Sales were great and I left with some 'basic' pieces for myself and husband. I wasn't overly impressed with the selection and styles this summer season, otherwise I likely would have left with more merchandise. Cashier was extremely friendly, too! read more

This location is very small. The selection is very little. But they do have sales like any other Old Navy. It's like this location only expects women to shop there. The women's section fills one whole side and curves to the back and then more by the dressing rooms and all of the front by the registers. The mens section has very minimal selection. The boys/girls/baby/toddler section is the same. The staff don't seem to be very helpful either. If they are, I haven't experienced it yet. read more

Trust me, this store is great for people of all ages! Their prices are always very inexpensive and they have special sales all the time! Their clothes is up to today's fashions and their jewelry is super cute! I love looking in the clearence because I can find great clothes for super cheap prices. The last time I went, the store was not very busy and their was always open changing rooms and easy access to shelves. Stopped in during clearance sale for mens jeans. Selection was very unorganized but I found a pair that fit. Stopped back on next Tuesday afternoon (5 days later) no employee had touched display of jeans. Did not find one pair on the proper size shelf. Stuff all thrown about and could not find one pair in my size. Store really needs some management help! read more
