They also have boy clothes here, but the girl clothes are what really sets this place apart because you can get oodles of matching accessories. While they are pricey, they do have some great sales, and the high-quality fabrics make it a good buy if you do end up paying full price. Because the full matching outfit sets (for example, a dress and a romper with matching diaper cover, hat, headband, and shoes or booties) are so coveted, people will get nasty trying to get them during a sale. On a recent visit, one woman bumped my stroller and pushed me out of her way to grab the last romper in a certain pattern (relax, b*tch, my baby is already out of that size)! Luckily, my kid was not in the stroller but being held by her papa, so I didn't have to rip that woman's face off and cram it up her crusty butt hole. Still--not OK! Try to come in during off-peak hours to avoid some of the crazier clientele and avoid fisticuffs. The store is also very well organized. The staff is on top of keeping sizes in their correct sections, and there are not clothes scattered across the floor. Things are generally easy to find, unlike the clothing departments of most of the big box baby stores. Note: this is not a location that has play events. There's a lots of good deals for the kids. And my son whose skinny as a twig was finally able to find shirts that fit him well I love picking up basics from H&M. Parking is kind of a pain at times. The fall selection is really nice. The check out lanes could use more employees. It takes a lot longer than it really should just to check out but it won't stop me from coming back. Tip: If you donate clothes, they give you a 15% discount on your next purchase which helps you save a lot of money.

The clothing here is somewhat durable, and there are many classic pieces you can wear along with some latest trends. They have some top quality business casual clothing, perfect for relaxed and confortable work wear. Classics like a good relaxed pant, skirts, button down shirts, and tank and cardigan sweater sets in vivid colors. On my recent visit, I found some cute vacation/resort wear finds that are 100 percent cotton and easily packable. Cute accessories in jewelry, hats and scarves too. Pricing is a little higher than similar clothing found at nearby Sierra or Nordstrom Rack. Friendly sales employees who also wear their cute merch. She called me and said there was a long line at Zara & she was near the front of the line. Out of curiosity I moseyed on over. We found out that Zara has their annual sale this time of year in January. Evidently a lot of people knew about looking at the line outside of Zara waiting to get in. When I got there she was a couple of people from the front (great timing). It's not like I needed anything but I thought what the heck why not take a look. When we got into the store I quickly looked around the store front to back and noticed that they had nothing but women's clothes? I asked someone if they had men's clothes. They mentioned that the men's section is on the other side of the cased opening. As I perused the clothes, shirts (don't need any), pants (don't need any), coats (don't need), Just kind of killing time while my wife was shopping or so I thought. That's when I saw a long hooded winter coat. I have a heavy wool coat that I use when I get dressed up and play adult to go out but it's seen better days. I wanted & needed a long warm winter over coat. I found a coat that I really liked and best of all the price was reduced to $69.99 reduced $100 from the original price. The only problem was the zipper was jammed & wasn't working properly. I tried 3 different coats before finally finding one that works. I did find a salesgirl named Adi that was very patient & helpful w/trying to find a coat w/a zipper that worked. When we came out of the store there was a long line of people trying to get in. Like I said this was the first time I had ever been to a Zara store, but I'm glad I stopped in despite the issue w/the zipper I managed to buy the coat and at the same time I saved $100

Oh my gosh it was amazing! After the mall closed we came over here and the sales and selections of…read moreitems was amazing! I came here with my family and we all were able to find something we liked (especially with the jean sale!) and i'm surprised with the reviews this store currently has because my experience was nice. There were three specific employees that went beyond great in customer service and although I didn't get their names it was someone with bleached blonde hair, and two girls in the front around 8:30 at night putting away jeans. All of them were so nice and helpful in finding jean sizes for me and even thought it was before closing! The only issue i had was with the lady who rung me up (sadly i got no name but she's south asian) and i was trying to be friendly with her and asking her how her day was and she stared at me like I said I hope she has a horrible day or something. I totally get being tired after a long day but when I even placed my jeans on the counter after she rung up one she looked at the other pair and said in a very sarcastic tone "you want this too?" and i said i would. Again, I get being tired, as someone who's also worked in customer service in a busy store but also it's quite disappointing how she spoke to me. There was also a mishap with the second pair of jeans not having a scanner tag and she was trying to put it in but after a while my mom and sister asked if she would like for them to get her a different pair and she said yes, they came back with a size smaller (as there was no bigger sizes on the floor) and she asked in again a sarcastic tone "so you want this size instead?" and once they left to see if they could find another one she finally brought up the scanning code. I get this might be because of an inventory issue but again, what was the attitude for? My family and I were trying to accommodate for the missing tag and she just seemed like she didn't need to be checking people out with that attitude. Otherwise I had a great experience! If you go during busy hours, of course expect to wait a long time if you want to try on anything. If you find anything you want, buy it quickly as things sell out fast. If you are lucky enough to find something on sale in your size, snatch it up. The store is well organized but a lot of the popular sizes do sell out quickly in preferred styles. Checkout is still relatively fast because it's so automated with you being to just put everything in and the machines do all the work for you. I did an online in store purchase and was waiting a while as there was an extra associate who was able to help, but didn't acknowledge me until the other lead at the register told him to assist me. If you do purchase online and need to do a return in store, they will just give you a gift card as they won't credit your original card.

The prices are actually fair since they're a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.

You'll find lots of clothes, blankets, and books, as well as a couple wagons, strollers, and car seats. The owner is a midwife as well so you might avail yourself of services, too. I bought a couple of onesies that are magnetized. I keep hearing "no snaps!!" (but like EVERY PIECE of baby clothing has snaps...), so these were intriguing. They have a magnets along the flap as the closure mechanism so I bought a couple in the 6-9 month and above size to try them out. I have high hopes!

Not sure what happened but my friend said they packed the wrong size of ruffle butt when they got the outfit. I went to exchange but they no longer had the size we needed.
