My grand daughter was over charged for an item. Maybe a harmless mistake? Maybe not.?

I managed to find a cute pair of PJ bottoms here for $10 but the rest of the store was too much chaos to weed through. By the look of the other reviews that seems to be the norm and to be honest I really did not see that much of a money savings to justify digging through the complete disaster. I expected the worse coming here by reading the old reviews and was very happy to see that everything was nice and neat and no messy tables. Everything was well organized and lots of selection, once the line became very long they called everyone to the front to help and moved everyone along quickly. Customer service was great. I have an Old Navy in my city but it was nice to get outlet deals. I'll be back for sure! read more

Princess and I ducked in here on our coast trip to nip her school shopping in the bud. A half hour later we emerged with piles of cheap cute t shirts, leggings, hoodies, socks,skirts, and a couple of dresses. One of which has a bulldog on it with rhinestones and ribbons in 3D. (she really wanted it). Despite her father's protests that we're supporting child labor and did a bad thing by shopping there, it was a pleasant, easy, and somewhat inexpensive experience and we'd do it again. I have to be honest that this was not the best place that I have ever been. Is it not kind of an oxymoron to go to an Old Navy outlet? Don't they already sell there stuff way cheap to begin with?? Not sure if this is much better than you average store anyway. read more

I'm usually one to be understanding when a business is trying to close because I too work in retail, but this Old Navy took it way too far. Yesterday we walked in a half hour before close and the first thing the associate said to us was "just so you know we close in 30 minutes." Then, as we continued to peruse around the store someone ELSE came up to us stating when they closed, and did the same thing when our friends walked through the door to meet up with us. Again in the fitting rooms. I think we were told a total of 6 times what time they closed! Then I was checking out and they turned the lights off right at 9pm... I understand they want to go home but there is no need to drive away business so far before closing. read more

How does one even shop this store? Everytime I've been to this store it is a complete disaster; clothes thrown in piles on tables, no staff to offer assistance. This picture was taken five-minutes after opening for the day. The couple times I have tried to purchase something the price was incorrect due the item being mislabeled or in the wrong pile. The staff are rude, make no apology or attempt to fix the situation. What a joke. read more

Went here to find some guy dress pants... Couldn't find any. But couldn't resist the great sales that were going on. Like basically 30/50% off everything. I wanted all the sweatpants but I had to resist because I already have plenty. It was hard to find size Smalls. They go first and need to replenished faster. Please keep more Smalls on the floor! And also I'm in my mid twenties and It was really hard to find anything other than mom pants. I wanted something more tight and fitted but not jeans and everything for like old lady status. read more

Wow. Idk if they were understaffed or what but this was just plain awful. Couldn't even look at the clothing because there was just piles of clothes all unfolded on all the tables. And guess what? It was a slow Tuesday afternoon! I know customers can suck because I work in retail and things don't end up where they belong, but this store is totally unorganized and there was piles of clothes everywhere!!!! We visited the tanger outlets one our family vacation. One stop we always make is to the old navy as they always have awesome selection and deals. This time was a huge disappointment. The store it's self looked horrible. I don't think we walked past one table that was folded or appealing. As we got further to the back of the store there were hangers/clothes on the floor we had a stroller with us and it was such a pain to walk through there having to pick up the mess just to get out of there.. It looked like they were having sales but nothing was clear as the tables were a mess and jeans were mixed with ones that were and were not on sale. We ended up just leaving after all it was just more of a hassle and not an inviting place to spend any amount of time. We hope it's better in the future but as for this trip it was a total disappointment and bust. Two thumbs down for sure. read more

Wow! So many 1 stars for this store... Granted, the tables of jeans were a big messy pile, but thats no doubt due to rude customers who dig around. While I was there I watched several women doing exactly that. Im sure the employees do their best to try to keep things orderly, but when youre flooded all day with one customer after the other whom are all digging for deals, messes happen. I still managed to find quite a bit! The cashier (Jasmine) was a total doll! I was beginning to think everyone in Lincoln City was anti-social and rude until we met her. She was very nice and gave me several compliments. I really enjoyed my experience in this store and will shop again on my next visit. read more

First off, the store was a mess! Sizes and prices were hard to find and all the signs were misleading! When I went to pay, the price was way higher than I expected and it turns out all the sale signs were only if you open up a credit card! Talk about false advertising. Then I tried using a special coupon that specifically said no exclusions! But of course as soon as I tried using it I had two employees tell me that there were exclusions. I had to wait for a manager to come out and override both the lazy ass employees who are extremely rude and acted like I was poor just because I wanted to use A 20% coupon!!!! Absolutely terrible all the way around. If I didn't have a gift card I would have just never walked in the doors. Save yourself some time and visit Aeropastale instead!! The prices are flat out as soon as you walk in and labeled clearly and no sneaky advertisements like credit card price only. The store is a lot cleaner to0! read more

This Old Navy outlet is in desperate need of a management overhaul. I live in Lincoln city and I shop at these outlets often. It doesn't matter if you come to this Old Navy on a Saturday afternoon in the height of tourist season or if you come on a Wednesday night in the winter, for the past six months this store has been an absolute disaster with 60% of it un-shoppable because of the enormous piles of clothing on the table, half of which don't even belong there the only shoppable areas are things that are actually on a hanger. I have nicely made mention of it a few times but everyone that I've mentioned it to in the store just shrugs their shoulders and says that they are understaffed or that they don't have time. I hope that management is reading these reviews because they are in desperate need of someone that can properly manage the store. I absolutely love Old Navy but until this improves I will do my shopping online from now on read more
