Old Navy - Nice summer shorts! - Men's Clothing Near Me - Plymouth, Massachusetts

My friend left her car keys in this Old Navy location, we called and asked if they had seen any blue and pink car keys left on a specific table or near the register. The girl on the phone said "I don't see any, sorry" and then the call ended. She didn't ask for a phone number to call back or bother to look in a different location. We ended up driving back to check ourselves and the customer service was extremely rude and laughing at us looking for the keys. My other friend then found the keys behind the counter where the register is. The lady that took our phone call did not even acknowledge us, and did not care that they had the keys the whole time. To finish it off the girl who returned the keys said "wow you guys were worried haha". Interesting thing to say after zero help. Considering an ID, Debit Card and car keys are attached to this. I bought one pair of jeans in store a while ago, fine. Emails are non-stop. Ordered more jeans on sale on line. Okay. Emails are still non-stop. Tried to order another pair of jeans --no go. Restroom was out of order and sign said to find manager in case of an emergency. Found assistant manager who said "rest rooms are closed due to COVID." Then told me to go some where else. (With very smug attitude) Not sure what COVID has to do with restrooms or why I was not allowed to use an employee restroom. read more

We used to shop Old Navy all the time when we lived in another state. So we went to the Old Navy store in Plymouth, expecting to see the bargains we used to get in that other state. Shocked at how expensive Old Navy has become. Yes, they did have a few deals but they were scant and they did not have all the sizes you would want. Old navy as a company sells what I'm looking for but invariably plymouth is out of stock of the size I need. The staff ranges from sullen to grudgingly helpful. I usually have to go to another location to get what I need. read more

Very poor customer service. I just tried to return a shirt three days after purchasing with receipt. My original purchase was made with cash and a gift card. I threw the gift card after since I has used all the value. During the return the cashier was annoyed because ace couldn't figure out how to issue the return. Without asking she clicked to return the value to the card... which I don't have. When I explained she was even more annoyed because I "didn't tell her it was a gift card" and looked at me like I was nuts. Long story short there is a gift card in a dumpster with $20 value on it. They tried to issue me a store credit but "couldn't". Walked out of the store with no shirt and out $20 with HARDLY an apology just more annoyance from now both the cashier and store manager. Defeats the purpose of the deals on their ultimately cheap clothing. Absurd. I won't go here again just on principle. read more
