I was recently in the store, and purchased a dress for pictures for my younger daughter, but could not find a complimentary dress that I liked for my older daughter. (The dresses were for Christmas photos) I was very clear with the sales associate that I was purchasing the dress with the caveat that it would need to match a dress I was going to try to find elsewhere. We ended up purchasing two dresses at a different store, so I checked the receipt to determine the return policy of Children's Clothing Patch. To my surprise, there was a stamp on the receipt marking the dress as "final sale". The dress was not on a "sale rack" in the store, and, at no point did the sales associate inform us that it would be a final sale. She knew that we needed to find a coordinating dress or we would not be keeping the dress. I returned to the store, and the incredibly rude sales person there told me that I couldn't return the dress because it was a final sale. I politely told her that we weren't told this, and we were very clear when we purchased it that we might possibly return the dress. She essentially called me a liar when she commented that she has never not heard any sales associate inform a customer of a final sale item. After much rudeness on the part of the sales associate, she then went to consult with the owner. They did end up giving me store credit, so it was not a loss to the store. The owner never came out of her backroom to explain the policy or to apologize to me for the behavior of the sales clerk. Terrible way to treat your customers! Bottom line is- the sales clerk was incredibly rude for no reason. And, frankly, the prices are high for a children's store- you can do much better at many other stores with more feasible return policies. I won't be back to this store. Their product is not worth the hassle.

I was soon swooning & dazzled by the vast array of beautiful dresses , cute lil shoes and sparkling hair accessories I to my surprise I found the most charming hair accessories in the exact dusty rose color as our parties theme ! Upon entering this little shop in Eagle Shops you are overwhelmed with white but in a good way. The layout is nicely designed with dresses , jeans , bags and jewelry all arranged so that it catches your eye , then you fall in love then you buy (the owner is a marketing genius). The owner just happened to be working when i arrived this past saturday afternoon and she helped me pick out a cover up for my upcoming trip to Greece. I literally wanted to buy everything but refrained and spotted a beaded bracelet made from wood so i added it to my bag. Ive already spotted some necklaces that i wanted so maybe a birthday gift for myself or someone will take the hint ..... My only gripe is that the hours online, and the door of the store says they have sunday hours.
