I love wearing jeans but hate shopping for them! I went into the levi store to check out the new curve line. One of the sales person walked over and asked me what I was looking forward I showed her what I had in my had and told her that I thought I was a slight curve (no Jlo curve to my backside..lol) she said no I don't think that's your fit. She took the time to measure me and said I was a demi cut and helped me find a few pairs of jeans. She was so helpful when I was in the dressing room. She went out a few times to get another wash or size. I was so pleased that I spent a little more than I should have but it was well worth it for the customer service I got! The employees at this store are so good at their jobs. They are beyond accommodating and really intuitive. My boyfriend and I ended up in Levis on the impossible search for new pants. We both hate shopping and are pretty easily frustrated, so having the employees help was awesome. As the two other reviews mentioned, the girl who works here is great at measuring and helping you with your fit without stepping on your style's toes. Both employees working there were amazingly helpful, considering my boyfriend's picky disposition. They definitely spent a lot of time with him as well as me get down to what we really wanted, and then, quickly and efficiently, found it for us in our sizes. Ultimately he walked out with a black pair of 514s and I bought the dark wash Revel skinny jeans, but we still periodically remark on how helpful those Levi's employees were. Definitely not the last time we'll visit the store. read more

12/3/16 was my first time at this Levi's store. I didn't see this store inside the mall back in 2009. I usually go to the Levi's store at the Gloucester Premium Outlets in Blackwood, NJ. This store is ok, a little costly. I didn't exactly find any jeans that fit me but at least the sales associates were nice and helpful. read more

Great customer service at Levi's K of P. I had returns from the online store which were taken and then I must have tried on 30 different styles and washes of jeans. The guys at the store were helpful and didn't make me feel bad for all of the mess I made (I do try to fold and hang as much as possible, I think it's rude to leave a bunch of clothes on the floor in a dressing room). Cleveland was especially helpful. I found a fit and wash I truly love and it's not at all what I would have ordered online. So...it's worth it to go to the store and find your proper fit/style/wash. read more

Got jeans from here as a gift. Tried to return them within 30 days all tags attached in perfect condition with gift receipt. They would not return the transaction to the purchaser only offering store credit or nothing. Don't buy anything here, if you have any concern in returning it. read more

I've been on the hunt for boyfriend-fit jeans for months. You name a brand, I've probably either checked out the jeans on their website, ordered them and tried them on, or tried them on in a store. Everything from $200+ designer denim to jeans from regular mall stores like American Eagle and H&M. I was totally unsatisfied. Nothing fit or looked the way I wanted it to -- too tight, too baggy, too destroyed/whiskered, too stretchy. I was losing hope. Earlier tonight I went into Levi's with the intention of trying on a few pairs of women's boyfriend jeans I saw online. An extremely helpful sales associate, Megan, explained how the women's 501s (the classic/boyfriend style) jeans would fit me, and I picked a few pairs to try on. And in mentioning some of the Levi's she owns, she said that she has some men's pairs as well. I've always been curious about men's jeans, so I decided to give them a try, and it was the perfect solution. Since Megan owns some of the men's jeans I was trying on, she was able to describe in detail what the denim was like and how they'd stretch out, which after trying on a trial pair for size and length made it easy to find the correct size. The women's jeans fit great too, but I walked out with a pair of men's 522 Slim Tapered jeans that I love. Megan's knowledge about the jeans in the store, both men's and women's, made this shopping experience really easy and satisfying. Seriously -- I gave up my search for boyfriend jeans for about a month because I was so frustrated and had exhausted every conceivable (and affordable) option. I'm glad I picked up the search again and went to Levi's for a simple and great solution, thanks to a great sales associate. When I want another pair of Levi's, I am heading straight to KOP. read more

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable about that to buy and what fits for your body type. They were really friendly and I would definitely spend the extra money at the Levi's store over buying Levi's in a department store. Not only do they fit better but you have so much selection and a staff that helps you find the perfect pair of jeans. Didn't know they existed until I came here! This Labor Day weekend they are having great sales. Between my boyfriend and I, we got 5 pairs of jeans for $195. I'll chalk that up as a win. read more

These people know denim!! Seriously, the sales staff was very helpful and had me try cuts, sizes and rinses I would have never tried. Also, I got to the store 10 minutes before closing and the staff patiently helped me for a half hour. Bought two pairs and couldn't be happier. read more

Customer Service at the King of Prussia, PA store is uninviting. I've never experienced not being greeted then having clientele greeted and then fully engaged in topic of conversation upon their arrival just after my entry to the store. Discrimination? Possibly...either way I won't return. read more

Bought a pair of jeans from them and went to return them later in the day after deciding they weren't for me. When I tried to return them, I was given an attitude from the salesperson who promptly chastised me for trying to return them and not get a different pair of jeans in exchange. Exceptionally helpful in picking out the jeans, but take it as a personal affront when you try to return them. Extremely rude and would never buy from them again. read more
