Barbaro. That place was high pressure, they kept trying to make me purchase everything in the shop after learning my Husband was a physician. When I said I would have him come back, the "Owner" a Tall man with a heavy accept, replied " His job is to make the money, your job is to spend it" I didn't laugh, I ran out the door. Thank God, I stopped in Leconte on my way to Trader Joe's, they have everything you could ever need and without all the high pressure!!!

My dad told me about this store so we decided to give it a shot. The store is crazy busy inside because they have amazing deals. Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited. The process was super easy and fast. We will definitely be back to get more.

My sister told me about this place and I was a bit reluctant, expecting to potentially pay out too much money. The gentleman there was quick to help us find my son's size and assist with getting everything picked out. This suit was needed for a funeral so it was very short notice. They were able to hem the pants and have them ready for me the next day. My nephew also bought his suit here at the very last minute and the two looked handsome as can be!

His expert knowledge of all of the Sketchers products, personal service, and clear explanations provided us with the information that we needed to decide on which shoes to buy. I went to this location and there was no valet or front door associate at the valet entrance to…read morehelp me or provide a cart to return a very large package to the customer service desk. Additionally, the handicap access was broken and there was no way to hold the door as I struggled. Nevertheless, I made my way up to the third floor in distress and was greeted by an associate who said "Oh, dear, you should've called for us to help." Ma'am, with what phone and to whom? At any rate, I attempt to make my return with receipt and asked for the original amount to be placed on a different card. Despite having the receipt; they insisted that they couldn't and expected me to either take a $700 store credit or take the oversized item back to my car without assistance. I did them a favor and let them credit the $700 back to the original payment method and not make a sale/transaction of equal amount. It makes me no difference--if they want to operate like the other department stores who have since fallen by the wayside; then Nordstrom will, too, meet the same demise. I will not be shopping the Troy location in the future. I'd much rather go to Novi where the staff is more reasonable and the policies don't impact customer service.
