I recently visited Old Navy in San Antonio. Overall, the service was positive with staff who were very courteous. Positive about the selection available was that for each design they had sizes available from small to XXL. I understand that there was a sale, but the management should have planned appropriately with staffing. It took us 40 mins to checkout yesterday. They have six registers up front and only three were being used. This should have been an all hands on deck situation because the line was all the way back to the boy's toddler section. The store was a wreck and I felt bad for the staff that was on the floor trying to keep up with it. Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Someone should have checked on it routinely throughout the day and cleaned it. An employee left the bathroom when I was going into it and she should have addressed the issues that were in there instead of ignoring them. The only positive thing in the store was the amount of product available, even though it looked a hot mess. read more

Holy liiinnnneeee. If you visit this location be ready to wait in a long, long, long line even if its on a week day you visit right when the store opens there will still be a line. This store is either a hit or miss with their selection. If you visit after 12pm be ready for a hot mess of a store. This store is so badly over picked and there is never staff organizing it. Of course Old Navy has awesome deals so if you don't mind the 30 minute wait in line go ahead and stop by this location. The employees are ok, they look stressed as it seems they are always short staffed. The floors aren't well kept and the items don't look like they are stocked and organized on a daily bases unfortunately. I recommend stopping by the Alamo Ranch or Bandera locations that are a total 360 compared to this one. read more

This location just recently opened so naturally, the store is extremely well-kept. It appears as though they've got a team of at least 3 or 4 employees who do nothing but fold, replen, and provide floor customer support. The employees are always very bubbly and super helpful, and it's incredibly easy to strike up a meaningful conversation with the ladies who work there. If you are an Old Navy credit card holder, you get 10% off every Tuesday. On top of that, they are always having promotions where you can get an additional 30-40% off all of your purchases! I especially like that the quick-change dressing rooms are still functional, unlike other newer stores (in questionable areas) that have this function, yet the curtains have been removed (I suspect it's due to theft-related reasons). Usually, I avoid the other locations and just head straight to this one since there's typically not a huge crowd of people to compete with. This is the messiest Old Navy I have ever been to! I used to work at one years ago and thought ours was a mess... Just awful. Clothes are everywhere, on shelves and racks where they obviously don't belong and floor. The dressing room looked terrible as well. My whole time there I did not see a single associate out in the floor. They did have three registers open but the line was still super long. I know clothing stores can get messy due to people just throwing stuff everywhere but wow!!! Hire some more staff to at least try and keep the store somewhat neat. read more

I went in and picked up a couple of things and there was one cashier and one person in line. I noticed they were taking a long time so I walked around and came back and they were still working on her items. I stood in line ten min and after the woman left the cashier proceeded to look at me and leisurely went to get a roll of paper towels and then started wiping down everything. By then a line had formed behind me. Another employee watched from the men's dept but made no effort to help. She was wearing dirty white Crocs. Finally the girl looks up at me and says next. When I walk up she says are you here to pick something up? Because I had been looking at my phone. Yes I am and she sends me to the front of the store. This was a blatant time wasting effort on her part. These clerks at this store know nothing about good customer service!!! This store has a terrible manager because two clerks the Crocs girl and another were standing behind the partition in the store at the front door just looking outside (hiding)!!!!. Came to shop at 2:45 in the afternoon on a Monday. Checking out was a long wait with two cashiers and ten customers in line waiting. The store was pretty picked over (holiday shoppers). It seemed to have only the store shift mangers on the floor; when I pointed out to him on my phone to show him what I was looking for, he quickly told me that was online prices. But before that he informed me that the side I was on was the females and I was looking for a males item .... Duh! I had to come find him to get assistance and he was in the females side. I think I could figure out what sex I was showing him was a males sweater. And know how to decider which is male and female. I have two stars because the cashiers and shift manager all seemed as though a smile would break their face ( it's the holidays people... You are employed!!!!) and it could always be worse. read more

Not really crazy about this location every time I walk into the Ingram store it's always messy clothes everywhere even on the floor,long lines. Don't get me wrong I love old navy great clothes at a reasonable price I would go to this location because it is close to my house but I would rather drive all the way to the location at the quarry than step inside this store again! read more

I hate this store... The people that work here are not helpful and are clueless. I received a mailer about rewards and went to use them on my day off. They had the sizes I needed in the store in the rafters and when I asked for them to get them down so I could purchase them they told me no. They said they were doing inventory so they couldn't sell them, which is the stupidest thing I ever heard. So after asking around they told me the same thing over and over. Who ever heard of a retail store denying customers of buying products. So I called another old navy and they gave me a gift card and told me they didn't understand the problem either. read more
