Not the cleanest, but it's certainly busy. At first, I was actually annoyed by all the kids running around but then I stopped when I realized these kids were being kids and doing what normal kids do, which is to play. They weren't hurting anyone and it was actually nice to see a lot of families shopping together. The book selection is so-so. Still a decent size, but it feels more like a hodgepodge of this and that unless it's children's, romance, booktok, or best sellers. Fantasy was meager and I couldn't find sci-fi if it existed at this store. The value section was weirdly fun. I bought a microwaveable egg container I totally don't need, but for just a dollar, I'm willing to try it. The cashier has that sweet Southern charm I'm very familiar with, having grown up in Texas. She was fun to speak with and clearly enjoys her job. Nice experience for me but I wish there was a better selection of cat litter. read more

It's been a breeze setting up my baby registry. We just got in our welcome kit, in which you have to have purchased at least $10 I believe to qualify. Some pretty good items in here. It says it is worth $60- over $100 worth of items which I'm not sure if that's accurate but for it being free I won't complain. Shipping was speedy which I appreciate. read more

Yss this store is very close to us and we go here all the time . So far staff has been great.

I thought it would be a great idea to order online and pick up at the store when my order was ready. Not good! The long line at the returns and exchanges made me think there has to be another line for folks just wanting to pick up an order. There was another counter that indicated it was for pick ups, but there was no one there. After asking around people seemed just as confused as I was. I decided to interrupt the only employee there and she said she "guessed" I should get in her returns line. Grrr! What is the benefit of ordering to pick up if you still have to wait in a ridiculously long line. I know, it's the holidays. So I wait and this seriously exhausted young lady comes around and asks if anyone has a pick up. As quick as she could, she cheerfully retrieved my order but in all honesty, they need a better system. I don't know where they keep the orders but it is not convenient for the staff and there is not enough staff in this department. I did like the product I purchased. It was easy to place and secure my purchase. I'm pleased with the cost and the quick turnaround after placing my order as well. read more

Three and a half stars! Three stars for the overall A-Ok vibe of the whole store. It was easy to shop, clean and set up like most other sister stores, so you know where things are without too much effort. Four stars for the makeup area and staff there. The makeup associate was extremely helpful and nice. I forgot to pack my foundation in my travel bag and popped in here to get that for a low price cause I have foundation at home that was a new bottle. She helped me find a mid-priced foundation that matched my skin tone and was a smaller size so I didn't have to worry about TSA check on the return flight as I only had carry on baggage. She was super helpful. Side note: the bathroom was clean! Overall: B+ A-Ok location with a great makeup associate!! read more

Bathroom was in dire need of attention... shame on target really. Not just messy but DIRTY. Yuck.

My daughter is in need of shoes and after trying other shoe stores decided to see what Target had to offer. walking into the store the staff members are at the entrance welcoming everyone and store appears to be nice and clean. Isles open and clean. So all is well until I arrive at the shoe department. WHAT A MESS! Shoes scattered throughout. No organizations is the chaos. Shoes stacked up on top so badly that I can't even tell what goes where, nor where to even start. Baby shoes, kids and adult shoes are all over the place. What a disaster. I tried for about 5 min to maybe check to see what they had but I was overwhelmed so I left. The thing is it's always this way but today was the worse. The shoe department is such a disaster if no one is going to maintain it then just get ride of it all together. I like target but someone needs to manage the shoe department better. Who doesn't love target?! Now the parking at the location is weird compared to the location in Alamo Ranch. The building is well kept, the inside is welcoming and staff is very friendly at this location. For the most part its kept clean and organized but the restrooms are a different story. I have visited this location multiple times and the restroom is not kept well whatsoever. The first few times I let staff know it was a hot mess but I never saw the cleaning crew go in before I left so after a few times of notifying them I let it be. Just expect the hot mess... Anyways this location always had everything I'm looking for in stalk. They don't give you a hard time for using coupons at this location which usually if you have more than 5 it becomes a 'issue' in their terms. Every time I've checked out I let them know before hand I'm couponing and here are my coupons, they smile and are happy to cash me out compared to other locations where I've been scolded for using coupons. This location also has a awesome $1 bin selection! Well $1- $3! They always have every item stocked and in its correct bin, very organized! Definitely recommend this location, just be aware of the restroom situation... read more

This place was extremely busy but management must be ahead of the game because the lines went by quickly, the store wasn't a mess and I was able to find what I needed. I went to several stores and this was the only place I could find "Fort Night" items. The only reason I rated the store a 4 instead of a 5 is because they could do a little better on the restroom situation. I'm sure they are stretched thin in staff but the restrooms at this location are usually messy and can use some TLC. read more

I had been looking for a black polo T-shirt all night at Walmart, Kohl's, Ross Etc but almost every where I went I got the rudest service when I asked for help. Target was going to be my last stop for the night.. as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I went into the clothing section and a worker asked if I needed any assistance. I told her I did and explained what I was looking for. She was so kind and took her time trying to help me find what I needed especially when it closes in half an hour. I usually go to this Target when I drop my kids in school. It's a smaller store and I think it's a hit or miss. Sometimes it's stocked and organized and sometimes look like a tornado went through. The customer service staff is super nice and I have returned a few items and they are always helpful. They gave a small section for groceries, they have the main stuff. Please Target, please stop having so many 30%, 50%, and 75% Off Clearance Racks in your store. Our quick stops to Target turn into 2 hours because of that section. LoL :) But really, it's a real nice store. You'll always find me in the Kitchen section looking at new stuff I want to buy for the kitchen! Or you will find me in the Electronics section looks and the game consoles or TVs. Need to buy Toys? I always take my kid to Target! He'd rather go to Target than Toys r Us. And they have a Starbucks along with their target mini restaurant. I always go for the Nachos and Med Pop for $2.00. Bad new though, prices went up 50 cents so its $2.50 now. Every time I have been in the women's restroom is disgusting I get you can't control what is going on in there but at least have seat covers. I found a much needed shirt for a work function for $8! Shirt was regularly about $14, give or take. Woo-hoo! I second the notion on the clearance racks! I love the way Target gives back to the community (directly to the schools in area. Sometimes you'll see the amount donated at the cashiers station.) Retailers need to stop hiring just anyone to work their stores -- it's not that hard to find quality employees and the sad part is there's people out there that actually want to work and do a good job but they can't get hired and you have people that have a job that take it for granted. When I came into this location, I already knew what I was looking for but it wasn't anywhere on the floor. So I stood by the counter waiting for the two associates there to acknowledge me and ask if I needed assistance. Instead, they were chatting on about one guy's truck and dude that sucks then they just both started walking away talking like they didn't notice me there at all. The item ended up being in the back. Epitomizing mediocrity target offers neither great value, uniqueness nor exceptional service. It's in the middle of Walmart, Amazon, and a large department store. I've never sought to go to one, especially not this one but have been asked to tag along on occasion. This is a very busy location and always seems to offers insight to the restocking process with carts of excess merchandise randomly placed and employees pushing clothes rack rapidly while your trying to walk the same path forcing you to accommodate the employee and not the other way around. Outside it's a similar scene with carts that have trash and receptacles that are overflowing on this visit someone placed a cart next to the over flowing trash and it became a second trash bin. The men's room is functional and tidy but with an odor that suggests the filth is simply smeared around during the cleaning process. Avoid if possible. If target is your thing it's pretty average and will work for a retail experience - personally I won't be back - alone... read more

Hardly any furniture in the store... Well, in stock at least. Plenty of floor models to look at though. It's just a huge let down because most of the furniture can not be ordered online, even for store pick up. That makes shopping pretty difficult! Registers have the same issue... Not enough lanes are open! Aren't there college or high school students that need summer jobs?! Aisles are tidy and big enough to get 2 carts through. Every other department seems to be well stocked and maintained... I don't know what it is with furniture and storage/garage organization. Hardly any products! read more

Target is target. You go there to get what you need. I've shopped here many times and will continue to. A recent trip the cashier looked extremely bored. he even checked his phone will scanning items. when we left, we realized he forgot to scan a $300 item. With what we spent, it slipped by us too. We did the right thing and went back in to tell him. On several visits, ive noticed some of their home furnishings aisles have been bare. I just bought a house in the area so those aisles have been my favorite but this location sometimes lacks in that department. read more

Terrible customer service!! Went in to purchase a product from the skincare department and was unable to find it. Asked a worker for help and she said she isn't well versed in this department so she went to go get someone who was. Waited over 10 minutes and there was no worker in sight. Instead of going home with my intended product, I opted to purchase something else, but I was still upset I couldn't get what I original came for. read more
