He was Amazingly pleasant and informative, before I could even ask what the return policy was, he asked if I had an account w/them I was not sure I provided my ph. # and he informed I did, then enlightened me as to return policy and the fact that even if I lost my receipt they would have all info in record, so that a receipt was not necessary, followed by offering their credit card & the benefits, all with such a delightful attitude. This young man is DEFLY an Asset to Nordstrom's and should be recognized for his OUTSTANDING Customer Service, which, quite Frankly rarely exists anymore! Thanks Pedro!!!

Barbie is not very impressed and we were coming here to see if they had one particular item that seems to be sold out all over and they didn't. They were friendly enough, and it's a really cool Mall and they have a lot of good stock if you like this kind of thing - but it doesn't really suit Barbie.

That was the one at NorthPark Center in the DFW area. And lo and behold, the one there had a pretty dope winter themed Aritzia arcade machine in the store. If I recall correctly, it had a two player mode that was sort of co-op, sorta competitive. Of course, the controls weren't in that great of a shape. So naturally when I was strolling around the shops at La Cantera, I was excited when I spotted an Aritzia. Because, where else can you find an arcade machine in a clothing store? I was super stoked. Walking in, I scoured the entire store for the metallic arcade machine. I saw the snow globe lit Aritzia puffy sphere, but unfortunately this Aritzia does not have the arcade machine. Queue sadness. What they do have, however, appears to be a selection stylish clothing that is not excessively priced. The staff working here are quite helpful and friendly. They also appear to wear articles of clothing available in the store. They can accurately assess your size for each article of clothing, and won't hesitate to gather and carry your selected articles to the dressing room area. The dressing area contains curtains for each dressing stall. Additionally, there are mirrors which assist you in assessing your own appearance. There are also a few chairs and a couch in that area. Would I come back again? Probably only if they have the arcade machine available. Otherwise, it's not really a place I'd normally shop at since it doesn't contain garments that I wear. It's definitely a comfortable store, and I applaud their interior design.

What I like about the place is that they are located in the beautiful Alamo Quarry and they have some really nice sales associates, more so than the one that we went to in Dallas just a few days later. I waited for about 5 min, the gal that came out of nowhere was very rude! Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, she has black hair in her early 40s. This has been the second time she has been rude. She looked like she couldn't be bothered. As she is going to the back she tells me I get the 10% discount so I can look around and I kindly tell her I'm only getting my order and I thank her and she huff and puffs and leaves to the back. She comes waving/shaking the package yelling "here you go" didn't bother to check if it was the right items or offered me a bag. Thankfully, I stop and check myself and yup the order was incorrect. I go back and tell her and she just seems so angry and tells me to call customer service. I ask her if she has a number I can call and she angrily pulls out a binder and flips through the pages so angry. Gives me the number and just walks away. My husband tells her thank you and she say you're welcome is such a distasteful way. So now im stuck with this package and I go back to ask for a bag and she is nowhere to be seen. Mind you there are other customers shopping. Girls like that should not be in customer service. Now, I get we all have our days, but this one is just miserable. I'm a very polite/kind person.
