As soon as we did, we were greeted by the owner herself whose name is Anna. She let us quietly browse store's selection. I looked through several racks of the cutest jackets, dresses, pants and tops. What Sanriela lacks in quantity, it makes up for in quality. All clothes are made in France, and they are fabulous! I bet that any little person who gets dressed at Sanriela is very popular on the playground: ) The following brands are sold at Sanriela: 3 Pommes, Catimini, Floriane, IKKS and Jean Bourget. The clothes are nicely tailored, made from good materials and overall look very fun yet presentable. I located grey wool dress that looked like little version of Chanel dress I once saw in an online couture boutique. How precious is that? I came here because my toddler was teething really bad and they carry the best teething oil for aches and pain. I ordered online and it was ready the next day for pickup. Once you get there and go upstairs it's filled with beautiful children's clothing and toys. I didn't see anything for children older than 2 though. It is on the pricier side so if your looking for "bougie" this is it. The staff at the front was very nice and friendly, she was on the phone and let me browse.

There was nothing but kiddie sandals in the shoe area but when Tawny came and asked if she could help us, I told her we were looking for some dress boots. She said she had just what we were looking for and went into the back and pulled out some boots that had not yet made it to the shelf. She explained that if we were looking for something to just ask at the counter and they would see what they have in the back. The boots were perfect, way cheaper than at a woman's shoe store, and the service we received from Tawny was first class.

I just can't justify dressing up kids in this stuff as I don't think a 7 year old should know her Burberry from her Diesel just yet! Let kids be kids and rip holes in their clothes and wear whatever! This store is really more for parents who want to create little fashionistas. For that reason I can't give this store a good rating as I really think it sends a horrible message and isn't for kids anyways. Plus, the customer service was not wonderful the day I was in there. I was ignored for the first 5 minutes and finally asked "do you need something?" before the sales girl went back to doing whatever it was she was doing. If you like REALLY expensive clothes and don't care if you kids literally rip hundreds of your dollars up on the playground, then this is a great store for you.

They cater to all children, from babies to kids. Many kids are stuck with hand me downs so their clothes always look outdated. Every child hates hand me downs, and those children become adults and then they do the exact same thing to their kids. Gymboree is a store where you can do away with hand me downs and let a kid have their own personality.

Need to be back that same day to pick up the money or it's store credit. Nope they can't figure out etransfer or really anything convenient. I was told at one location I could only bring one tote yet anything under 75$ is store credit.. absurd. Inconvenient. I'd rather donate these beautifully kept clothes and items to someone who needs it than get next to nothing and have to drive back and forth with the amount they can take that day, to have to be back in time to actually get the cash. While they are explaining the layers of inconvenience it is when you call in.. I wonder if they hear themselves. They typically get my kids to try on at least 3 pairs of shoes/ sandals/ boots, watch them as they walk in them, and then tell me whether they think they're a good fit or not. I'm sad that my oldest is growing out of their sizes. As for price, yes, it's more expensive ... but you also have staff who actually know what they're doing, instead of just picking something off a rack yourself at Walmart. I would prefer to spend the extra, and know that someone has actually taken a look at my kids' feet and the support they need. As someone who has had lots of issues with my own feet, including fallen arches, this is vitally important to me. I have never had issues with anyone here being rude to me. Busy, absolutely, but I feel very welcomed here and my kids love coming to the shop.

I've been a Frank & Oak customer for two years now, and I've gotten to the point where at least…read morehalf my wardrobe comes from this company. I own a suit, two peacoats, a sport coat, some sweaters, many pants, shorts and shirts, and a briefcase. I love nearly every piece and wear them regularly. The fits and styles are fantastic and the construction is usually well done. I do sometimes have issues with stitching, especially around buttons and buttonholes. I don't expect I'll stop being a loyal costumer any time soon.
