I brought both the belt and dress to customer service with receipts and tags on. Both ordered with in the last 6 days. Never worn/ used. They called 2 people from other departments to look over the belt and then another separate person look over the dress. Never experienced this any where. Makes you feel like a criminal. Super offensive. In the future I think it would just be easier to order from a better store and return via mail.... There are too many options out there.

I saw 2 and this really nice lady, I'm so sorry I forgot your name :(((((, said she saw a nice sewing machine in the back. It was $8. I bought it and it's the one I actually use lol. I gave another one away. Last time I went this employee was talking to me about some spoons there. I have a thing for spoons. I like the Oneida brand. It's got a nice weight and a good dip to it. When I walked in I saw the cutest little kids clothes and knew this was my new shopping place. Alecia was so very kind and helpful. And the prices were so good they each got two outfits, one for now and one for Christmas. I left with such a good feeling. Monograms, yes! Smocking yess! She is even making pants for my grandson. And putting construction vehicle appliqués on one of his shirts. He's going to so love it. And a really pretty dress that my granddaughter can wear to preschool. Making a very long story short- I dropped a bag off and asked for a certain font and color to be put on a book bag. The order form said exactly what I wanted. The store owner called and confirmed my order. She then lost the order form and did what she thought looks good. Unfortunately that's not what I asked her to do and she has tried several times to make me feel bad because she likes the font color and size that she put on the bag and said I'm being unreasonable and shouldn't make her feel bad. If she would have completed the order as asked there wouldn't even be a problem. She said she would order a new bag and redo the order. Weeks go by and I check in each week asking if she received the bag; she finally says she has it but she's not putting anything on it. So she messed up the bag I bought and now I'll have to order another bag to replace the one she messed up because now my son hates his bag.

I ventured into Coastal Outfitters last week to find my hubby a pair of sunglasses for his…read morebirthday. They don't sell Costas, but they do have a couple of other brands with polarized lenses, including a brand called Reflekt which has a great warranty. They also float. I opted to get those instead of going elsewhere for Costas. If he breaks or scratches them, we can pay $35 and send them in to be replaced as many times as necessary. If he loses them, they will replace them one time for $35. Not to mention, these sunglasses were about $50 less than the Costas that looked almost exactly the same. The store employees were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there within about 20 minutes. I noticed a large variety of clothing, coolers, and such. This would be a great place to shop for any man in your life.
