I love going to this store, sometimes weekly, just to see if anything neat may have come in! Staff is always accommodating and easy to work with should you need anything or ever have to return anything. The store always has a reason the restroom is closed I called the manger and she I was being rude. I'm at least two other occasions the restroom is closed for wet floors etc. I refuse to do business where the restroom is locked and unavailable. Then for the store manger to cuss me I hope the place goes out of business and someone that wants to run a decent business opens one there. read more

I have always loved this store! You can find some great stuff for really good prices!! I don't care about customer service, because I like being left alone anyway. I've never had any issue with staff or managers. I also love their Holiday Hours (open until midnight starts today (12/15/22) or tomorrow I think. I definitely recommend checking them out! Tina (manager of some sort) ugly awful personality. Watched the way she interacted with her employees and thought she was a troll. Then needed to return something that I bought less than a week before rang up less than tag by $3 didn't have the receipt on the rack it shows up still same price but she wouldn't allow the store credit for 9.99 vs. 6.99. Rules... right... got it... line waiting not going to argue. However I literally added up $3400+ in the last 18 mos of bank charges from Ross.. and this witch was going to put her foot down over something that petty. Watched her belittle another employee for not stopping a couple without masks. One of those that deems herself incredibly important as a manager of ross dress for less. Too bad she wasn't around in the 40s she would has been great addition to the Axis powers. read more

I was traveling through Spanish Fort, AL with friends and we stopped at this Ross and I purchased a pj set but when I got home it as a little exact. Called around in my area, but no one had it. I called the store there in AL and asked if I could purchase a larger size. The sales associate wouldn't give any options and I asked for the manager to assist and no option was given. I am very unhappy with the customer service and on top of that my debit card was compromised which originated from me using it in their store! Extremely upset!!!! read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I tried to return 2 body suits and they said I couldn't bc it's considered lingerie. Whenever the policy says that you have 30 days to return anything even if it's worn and it also states particularity for lingerie or undergarments you can return it if they have the tags attached and a receipt. The girl was super rude and said the manger won't accept returns. I called other Ross and they confirmed it should be allowed to be returned but apparently their manager makes she rules and allows her workers to be rude to customers :) read more

Nice store, but customer service was beyond lacking and the manager definitely needs to find another job because she has ZERO class or people skills. Straight up RUDE!!! I'll stick with the Florida Ross stores! read more
