When help was finally requested, I was met with eye-rolling, huffing under their breath, and rude attitudes. I was shocked to see employees getting paid to stand around and socialize instead of assisting customers. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I will not be returning or supporting a business that treats customers as an inconvenience rather than a priority. Very unwelcoming environment. When I asked to speak with a manager, her response was just as disappointing. She appeared highly inconvenienced and visibly annoyed by my request, rather than concerned about addressing the situation. Not just one but a few. Didn't make a suggestion/recommendations of ones that that actually had in my size. Finally, I got lucky and found one I would like but didnt like the color of the ones they brought out, mind you the color they had one display was the color I wanted. I was told they get that from the other store the next day. I left my name and phone number. Never heard back. They were unhelpful. They gave me the feeling that they really didnt want my business. Reminded me of that sales lady in Pretty Woman that asked Julia Robert's to leave her store. Won't be back.
