The negative experience that I had was all caused by one employees interaction with me and my family while getting my partners dad fitted for my wedding. The employee pictured was very rude. Using Jesus's name in vain and ripping merchandise from our hand telling us "You cannot purchase this!" In a very rude tone. He apologized for his language in a very insincere way while brushing our feelings of mistreatment off to the side. I do not recommend using this location for any needed dressy occasions unless in emergency cases. read more

I went to Men's Wearhouse basically to be in and out with a new suit since it's a chain and i have low expectations. Since then, I've basically made this store my go to for anything professional, whether it's jackets, shirts, or alterations. Each time I'm there, i come out happy. Even though getting alterations is typically more expensive than a local tailor, unlimited future ones have really made up for the it. In particular, Louis and Austin have been very helpful and are great at their jobs. Each time I have something tailored it comes out perfect and they've really gone out of their way to help me find the best deals. Great store, better employees read more

My husband and I showed up in Maumee Ohio with a new suit that we had purchased at the Men's Wearhouse in Tampa only to find that the cut of the suit was wrong and the suit we had purchased for my son's wedding was too small. It had been an honest mistake on the part of the people in Tampa but what happened in Maumee was absolutely priceless. With only 3 days till the wedding we were in a panic to say the least. Noah was our salesman and within minutes he had us at ease, pulling suit coats off the rack and trying to find a good fit in the color that we needed. With his manager and a whole lot of patience, he found a coat that fit with the exception of the length of the sleeves. He sent it right out the next day so that with a day to spare we had a suit that would make our son proud. Unfortunately, I didn't get the manager's name but they exchanged the suit coat and dress shirt at no cost to us. The relief for us was unimaginable! Never go here. Ordered for my wedding, navy vest for all groomsman, silver for me (the groom). 2 groomsman got silver and everyone else including me got navy. They will not refund me after spending lots of money with them. Rude service and employees seem like they don't know what they are doing. My suit I returned was lost within 2 minutes after returning. Employee seemed hungover or stoned. This experience ruined all my wedding pictures as 2 groomsman were wearing different vest than groom and other groomsman. Connor was very very helpful. As soon as we walked in the door 2 gentlemen greeted us right away. Connor was one of them. We had a negative experience with an Easton store in Columbus, OH. We originally came to this store previously to set up for our wedding party. We were waiting till closer to the wedding date to get clothes for the groomsmen and had things picked out. A couple things had gone out of stock or were discontinued. Connor was able to offer alternate options and help us out immensely. We had to re-do the entire wedding party outfits but Connor did a great job helping us out. I really loved how willing to help and outgoing he was. He made sure to greet customers as they walked in the door. He also made sure to keep a good balance of helping other customers and us. I really appreciate his ability to multitask and help multiple people. I will definitely be coming back to this store for any suit or personal purchases. read more

Really great experience today with Miles! After avoiding Men's Warehouse for two years because of the awful service at the Monroe Street store, we decided to give the Fallen Timbers store a try. Miles was very helpful, professional and accommodating. The entire experience was pleasant. Nearly $2,000 later, we are excited to receive the order.
