My husband and I were shopping at this location with our two young children when a very upsetting incident occurred. My husband simply said "Excuse me" during an interaction with a manager. The situation was unexpectedly escalated, and the manager stated, "I refuse to do business with you." Mall security was then called, and we were asked to leave the store. The entire experience was embarrassing and upsetting, especially because it happened in front of our children. We left confused and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I hope Old Navy reviews this incident and ensures customers are treated with respect. read more

This Old Navy can be accessed from the parking lot or the mall interior. They have clothing for all members of the family. This trip I came in for some kids pajama's. I was looking specifically for onesies without the feet for a 5T, but they didn't have any w/o the feet. I picked up some two piece pj sets instead. On a Saturday the line to check-out extended past the designated area. There were 3 staff members working the tills. When it was our turn we found our cashier not very enthusiastic about her position, the company, or the customer. She was so lacking in communication it is surprising she has a customer facing position. She was not interested in helping the line move more quickly either. In fact she went out of her way to do unnecessary things to slow the process down. Come to think of it even the staff on the floor seemed a bit uninterested in what they were doing. Maybe management needs to review their methods? Shelves were well stocked and in good order. Lots of summer clothes are in the clearance section. Plenty of pajamas, tops, hats, mittens, coats and more for the cooler weather. I like the hands on shopping experience, but think I'll order on-line next time I need something here. read more

What's not to like about Old Navy? It's a nice clothing store that sells good quality item for a low price...Yes, the items will wear well and last for a while....not 5-10 years (maybe), but a few years...so you can spend $5-10-15 and get a new look just in time for whatever event you are planning to go to. This store is in the Warwick Mall with an entrance from the outside parking area and also from inside. The store looked cleaned and organized, not stuff everywhere. I got some stuff for my nieces and it was just perfect.....When you got kids that grow quickly, Old Navy gives you fashion that last until it's time to get a larger size. read more

It seems a bit silly to review a chain store like Old Navy, but I almost always make the trip to Warwick to go to this location rather than visiting the mall, so I have to give them props. They have a large footprint and a very good selection of clothes--Women's, Men's, Kids, Maternity. The store seems more organized and less cluttered that many Old Navys I've visited. I don't know what it is, but the Providence Place Mall location, while it's bigger, just doesn't seem to have as much. The Warwick location also has less of a warehouse feel and possibly the largest clearance selection I've ever seen. Initially, it's a bit tricky trying to find your way around this place because there seem to be a lot of nooks and crannies. After I got used to that, I actually liked it better because it's less overwhelming than a wide open space. It's hard to find the changing rooms though because you expect them to be along a wall, and they're actually right in the middle of the store, which is like the last place I looked. The line at the registers is frequently long, no matter what time of day or day of the week, but it usually goes pretty quickly. Another reason to give this store props is that I bought a running jacket there a while ago (for like $4) and they forgot to take the security tag off. It was a deceptively heavy jacket already, and I exited at the same time as another person, so I thought she had set the alarm off, but when I got home, I found the tag firmly clamped on and unbudgeable. So, I made another trip to ask them to take the tag off, and I was half expecting them to be suspicious of me even though I had a receipt. I've worked in retail, I know what people try to get away with. I was explaining the situation to a cashier when the manager came up and asked what was going on. I told her, and without missing a beat, she said "That's not right, I'm so sorry you had to come all the way back here." and she gave me a $5 giftcard. I have stopped expecting anything better than cursory customer service at chain stores, but they really impressed me. I wasn't pitching a fit and demanding satisfaction, she just acknowledged that a mistake had been made, and made it right. read more

Located in Warwick Mall, but still has an entrance from the parking lot which is nice. I don't have to walk through the entire mall to get to it but if I choose to, I can still access the mall. I love their clearance section, I always hit that up first. I feel the quality of SOME of the clothes at old navy aren't worth the prices as they don't hold up after repeated washes. Use your judgement/common sense when looking at how some garments are sewn etc. This is my go to place for yoga pants, fleeces,. and bathing suits! They always have some type of deal going on. The only thing I really dislike about this location is every time I have been here, lines are outrageous, even on a Tuesday at 8pm. A pretty standard Old Navy location albeit less chaotic and disorganized as their Providence or Attleboro stores. The service however, is a toss up. Some of their staff are absolutely wonderful, getting the ball rolling when it comes to check out and are friendly at the dressing room. However for the most part, waiting at the registers can get a little ridiculous. Unlike the format at their Smithfield location, the registers are split and condensed into one giant line. Which wouldn't be a bad thing... if there were more than two people working at a time. Unfortunately (for whatever bizarre reason) people appear to go to this particular location for online returns more so than any other Old Navy I've personally encountered. This just makes things so much worse when there's only one other associate behind a register who just to happens to ......also be processing returns. This is such a high traffic store that I kinda wish they either had more people working the registers or even have a designated station to returns only. Waiting more than 20 minutes for a tshirt makes me question my sanity. Still, due to their convenient location and good selection of items, I begrudgingly accept I'll end up waiting in line again in the near future. read more

Nice local, helpful staff and decent selection of clothing, but the thing that bothers me is literally every time I go there I get nagged about opening up a charge account. I assume they get bonuses for each account they open as its pretty standard practice to do so, but its still annoying. read more

Old Navy has some amazing sales. I got 2 bathing suits today for under $25. Having an Old Navy card means coupons in the mail often and that makes me happy. This location is MUCH better than the one in the Providence Place Mall. They are well stocked and organized. The new location in the Warwick Mall is taking me time to get used to (I always park in the wrong place) but the bright new store makes up for it. Really helpful staff, really awesome jeggings and flip flops. I love Old Navy is this location is my go to. Get shopping!! read more

Well, I do not go shopping for myself, but for my daughter and I must admit that I am surprised at the selection and the prices. Now, the selections seems to be a rotating theme thing; so every couple of months the new colors and styles will be available. The store is laid out well and the service is good. I second the fact that this place is NOT closed, it's just moved around the otter side. It's a big Old Navy and even has a maternity section. Other than that, it's got the same stuff as every other Old Navy. It's nice because there's a parking lit entrance so you dont have to even step foot in the mall to shop here. read more

Lot's of cash registers and when there is a line, a register is opened up. Everything was clean and well layed out. Unisex dressing room, very cool. I love shopping here because they have an awesome clearance section. You can get some cute patterned tank tops (great under a cardigan) for 5-10 dollars, and they give frequent coupons too. However, some of the stuff is overpriced for the quality of the clothing. But if you use your best judgement, you can find some really great deals here. Might I add that their jeans don't have a lot of spandex, so they stretch a lot. And I am 5'7 but their regular jeans are too short, and their long is too long. Plus they run large. read more

Old Navy just lost my business this year. I am in the Warwick Mall and they won't open the mall doors because the actual mall doesn't open until 11, BUT BUT BUT other stores like Macy's, Target, or JCPenny's do not have a problem. This is very inconvenient for a shopper who are already in the to have to leave it and then drive to come to their store. What ridiculousness, maybe next Christmas season they will think twice. This year my money will be spent in stores that think about their customers needs first. read more

You get what you pay for!!! Very cheap clothing that gets holes on them after one wash! I bought a shirt for $25 washed it once on delicate cycle as stated on the tag, and two holes were under the arm pits. My aunt purchased socks for my 3 year old I washed them and they are falling apart! read more
